My experience has been pretty good so far.

The course is pretty good. Focus on the practical learning is ensured by the faculty. Regular lab sessions are held to improve the practical knowledge. Project sessions are also held so as to give a direction to the students develop something new and innovative. The elective options are cloud computing, gaming development, mobile development, database administration, and genetic algorithm and probabilistic.

The college provides an opportunity for the students to get an internship. It is up to the students to qualify for the internship. The stipend amount goes up to 10k. The experience (as told by my fellow seniors ) of the internship is good. Company provides the experience of each and everything in the field.

The placement scenario is good. 80 % of the students got placed in the last session. The major companies were infosys, wipro, amazon, HP, adobe, ashok Leyland, decathlon sports, tata steel. The average package was around 4-5 lacs.

The organization of this fest was very good with a footfall of over 3k. The budget of the fest was very well utilised and different committee like the discipline and cultural and organizing committee made it a very successful event. College authorities provide whatever is needed in making the event a success. Also, there is sports fest sphurti in which the different colleges compete in different sports competitions. The sports fest is very well managed with a little support from the students as well.

Fee structure of the college is very flexible. Fee structure is divided into 2 categories : all India category and UK category. The students under the UK category(the one's whose passed +2 from uttarakhand or have domicile of uttarakhand) get a 13-14% rebate in admission fees as well as the regular tuition fees of the following semesters. Hostel fees is very high going upto 90k which I found as very high and not worth of the facilities provided and should be a little less . The total fees of a all India category student is upto 750000 excluding hostel fees of 90k per year. The total fees of a UK category student is upto 610000 excluding the hostel fees which is same as above.

Yes, scholarship is provided to meritorious students for their excelling performance in academics. I did not avail any because my academic performance is not upto that level. College provides the recommendation letter to present at the bank so as to help in getting the education loan.

There were both single rooms and sharing rooms. Rooms were very spacious with attached bathrooms for an apartment which consists of 3 rooms with w beds. Study table are very good. Cupboard is also very spacious. Sports recreation is provided in the hostels which includes basketball, badminton, volleyball , cricket, football , table tennis. The food is good. The food is not like the very delicious utterly bitterly kind but it is just normal and good food. Fruits are served regularly. Cleanliness is inspected regularly. The hostel fees is 90k per year

My interaction with the alumni is very little but I have seen the alumni coming and interacting with the seniors. A senior told me that 1 of the alumni helped him in the project. Yes, the alumni contribute to the development of the college. There is an alumni affairs department in the college which manages all the account of alumni and the interaction events as well.

The faculty is good. Some teachers are highly qualified and are holding very important positions in the college. Also, there are some teachers who are very interactive and their teaching methods are just awesome. There are some teachers who lack the experience in teaching while some are under qualified but are good at teaching. Test sessions are conducted regularly.
