This is state government college so there is not much more exciting to learn but yes it is in its developing phase , comparatively we can say it's better, the teacher use smart board and different local language to connect the students with the topic and there is well equipped laboratory which helps students to enhance their learning skill. I believe that our college lacks more modern equipment, exposure and events as in engineering environment matter the most

Some small start-up companies come to campus for placement but very few students get placed . Mostly students prepare for government job or GATE however students are so hard working that some of cracked GATE with AiR 22 in 2024 and many more with 3 digit Rank . Mostly students look for University pool placement or for government job so before to join this college make your mind ready for no placement from the college side but if you are self hard working then you can crack it

If you are looking for fee structure then it is almost nothing as it cost only 29960rs for four year academic only .and it's very less which you will get back through scholarship like Post Matric scholarship provided by bihar government, and many more . So if you have no money and still want to follow your passion, this could be the best option for you. Talking about hostel fees then it cost you around 15,600rs as a room rent for one year which is also very budget friendly and mess fee may vary for you from 3350-3400rs per month .. whatever money you are spending will definately get back through different scholarship and college mates are also friendly so they always help you to grab different opportunities. If you are looking for placement then I will suggest you to not expect much more from this college as mostly students who are getting placed is in field of education counsilor not in that field in which they have degree.

I will say you are day dreaming if you expect any kind of tech fest from such college . There is nothing that motivates you for your passion. However from teacher side , sometime some small test event get organised ...just to boost moral of students but honestly speaking there is nothing more exciting. Some events like annual function and fresher held but this is also organised by students itself.

The cost we are paying for hostel is very less that is around 1300rs so on this price room is good . In one room there is 3 students and each student get study table and seprate bed . You may suffer for electricity as it get cut off some time but it's not often . You may face problems for internet connectivity and you will find greenery around you which is really good and best for health . But it is in rural area so you will miss your urban lifestyle for sure .

I have to apply through UGEAC official website.while filling the form , I have to give caste certificate, residential certificate, annual income certificate of parents .I have given jee entrence exam in which I score 69.82 percentile . And on the basis of this score , I get chance to get admission in Sitamarhi institute of technology with cs specialisation branch
