What Students Say

Likes

Cse faculty is good in this institute. They are very aupportive.
Sports events are happening every month which is amazing to see and participate.
Girls participation is as much as boys participate there. Thats the eqyality.

Dislikes

Syllabus completion is a serious problem there in few subjects.
English faculty is going out of syllabus and very few thing ia discussed withib syllabus.
Mess food quality is too bad in our hostel and in seniors histel quality of food is sligt better.

Its cirriciulum is ok.it follows BEU prescribed syllabus. Ther ecan be imrovemtn in specifying a particular book .exams is conducted two times every 6 month including some test which is included in internal exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

Following scholarship available Like bihar student credit card, reliance scholarship, pms,etc. 10000 rs are given to students every year for sc st and obc students. I have participated in debates and currently in first year. So haven't taken much responsibility yet.

Campus Life

Till now one fest that is cultural party was conducted which was totally organised and managed by us specially 4th year. There was not a single involvenmebt of teachers. It was totally hard work of students. There was sports annual in MIT which we successfully won sone medals.

Admission

Those candidates appeared for jee mains are eligible to apply in bihar engineering university. Its form available on BEU .reservation js there for lower castes. Councelling is processed to get the desired course. You can easily clear cutoff for CSE if you score 85%ile in top 10 collages.

Placements at NIT Patna Are good for cs e The students become eligible from 7th semester Average place fields is around 13 to 14 lpa Eld highest goes to 40 Around 85 to 95 Percent students get placed I plan to become a software developer after graduation

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of View

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to seat and apply for campus placements . Eligiblity criteria depends on companies but if you have 7 CGPA ir more than that then you don't need to worry . Companies like Godrej, ACC,CDAC, BHEL, Infosys, WIPRO ,TCS etc. visited our college for campus placements. Highest package from our college is around 13 Lakh Per Annum and average placement is 3 to 4 Lakh Per Annum Its totally depends upon companies and their job profiles. There are almost 60 to 70 percentage student got placement ( In upper branches like CSE& AI percentage is slightly high otherwise it is quite low for civil and our branches) My plans after getting a degree that is I have to go for M.Tech from any IITs of India I am preparing hard for that.

Placement Experience:

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

Genuine Review of Motihari Engineering College

Placement Experience:

From 6th semster you are eligible to sit in campus placement . There is companies like Infosys , TCS , De Walls Ads , Wipro, Congnizent, ACC visited our college for campus placements . They have limited offers with limited packages also they have some eligiblity criterias like students should have CGPA above than 7.5 . Highest package offered in our college is 13 LPA per annum by TCS for a CSE student and Average package is around 3.5 to 4 lakh per annum. There is highest placements in branches like CSE ,EEE andCIVIL. Other branches got less offeres. Totally 50 to 60 percentage students got placements from our college because majority lower branch students are preparing for government exams like SSC , UPSC, BPSC , DAROGA and GATE. My plans after getting the degree to go for highes studies (M.TECH) .

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of Views

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There is companies like Wipro , Infosys, ACC, Copegimini, Congnizent, TCS visited our college for campus placements. There is very less number of offers given by companies and also there is almost negligible offers for Lower branches(like Mechanical and Civil) . There is highest 12.4 lakh per annum for a CSE student given by TCS and average salary of 4 LPA . There is only 50 to 60 percent students got placements in which majority are from CSE , CSE-AI , and EEE branches. My plans after getting the degree is doing M.tech from any reputed Colleges of India like some NITs or IITs depending to my Gate Score.

Here placement rate is 70%.Explore diverse options after B. tech, including software development, data science, and cybersecurity in private and government sectors. You can consider advanced degrees like MTech, MBA in IT, or PhD if you are wondering what to do after a BTech.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students become eligible for cmpus placements . Thera are a few companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys , Cisco ,Figma ,ACC and so on visited our college for campus placement but limited offers . Percentage of placements is arround 60 % which is very low but students are trying there best . Higher package was 12.4 LPA by Infosys as SDE and avrage package of 4 LPA. My plans are not taking plaement , I am preparing for gate 2027 .

Placement Experience:

The placement is not so good but if you work hard about study then you will be selected for campus placement. Many companies visit here. 40 percentage students approx get placement. I have to clear competitive exams after it.

Well placed college

Remarks:

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.

A college with 0 tuition fee

Hey I have filled the counselling if ugeac and it's consist of 38 colleges among them it is one of top 10 colleges in the list that's why I have chosen this college Actually I get rejected from nit and iit as I have secured 86 percentile only and unable to get any seat in jossa /csab.
