Course Curriculum Overview

A strong curriculum should not only provide theoretical knowledge but also offer practical skills and experience that are directly applicable to real world scenerios.This might involve opportunities for internships,industry projects ,or practical assignments.
Internships Opportunities
Name of the companies :- Microsoft ,Amazon ,wipro, adobe ,PSU ,intuit ,swiggy . Companies provide internships with stipend in the range of 10000-150000. Actually I am in 2nd year and i havenot done any prep for the intern yet.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Name of the companies visited :- Microsoft ,Amazon, Wipro, PSU, Adobe ,Arcesium ,intuit, Swiggy. Highest package :- 80LPA and Average package:- 15LPA. 70% students are getting placement. I will try for placement .

Campus Life
Name of technical fest is Tecnoesis which are held in Feb. Name of annual fest is Incandescence which are held in last month of Feb. And there is other fest like Posua and Oikyotan which are held in during the season of Bohag Bihu and April respectively. You can borrow library books anytime but you have to submit them at end of the semester. Class rooms are not so good till second year .But after 2nd year the classes would have been good and gallery type. There are different types of sports ,if you have sports skills ,you may get a chance to go for inter NIT level.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel room is not so good ,it is very congested because it forces 3 people into the same room. You won't get that much good food in the 1st year. Later ,as the years go on ,the food quality will increase. Hostel registration is done along with semester registration .After that you will have to visit that alloted hostel.
Admission
First thing is that preparation for Join Entrance Examination You must have physics ,chemistry and mathematics as primary subjects in 11th and 12th .And you will have to study at a much higher level in these subjects. After giving Jee you have to sit jossaa counselling and csab for seat allocation .For physical reporting the date will be announce on the offcial website of the college. For ST/SC candidates ,if you scored 90 percentile or more then you will easly get higher branch in this college for otherstate. For other candidates , you must scored 96 percentile or more if you are form other state and you will may be get higher branch.
