Course Curriculum Overview
I choose btech as I am interested in dealing with technology.As i studied my intermediate in local clg,i prepared myself for my entrance exam (jee)...to get good marks in jee, focus on chemistry as I do the same and don't stuck to the problem to maintain the time.the exam takes 3 hours of your time and 1 hour extra for PWD students.
Internships Opportunities
Now I am pursuing 1st year in btech so I don't know much about internship opportunities available in our college.But as I heard from some of our seniors that we can get good opportunities during our internships..
Placement Experience
We will get into campus placement in last year of our degree.Companies visited here like Microsoft, Infosys, Amazon, Flipkart,TCS, Wipro...one should get minimum of 8cgpa to get into good companies with good packages.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees increases for even sem and some may decrease in the odd sem.your fee depends on your category.You can apply for scholarship accordingly your eligibility.clg shall provide you the scholarship.
Campus Life
We can get Official freshers and also unofficial freshers from the club's like photog, innovation cell, technobyte,microbus etc.Library is available for boys 24/7 but for girls timings are limited(8:30 pm).We can lend Books from book bank.We can also spend our time in sports as all will encourage you.
Hostel Facilities
First year boys will get triple seater and girls will get single seater room with one study table,one cot and 2 chairs.Food is not bad if your from South you should adjust with this food.If your parents arrived college to see you then they can stay in guest house by paying ?500 per day.
Admission
I am here to tell you about the process to get into nit. Firstly,As you may know that you should clear jee mains after your Class-12 with good percentile.And then coming to jossa round,you should select your preference institutions accordingly your rank and category.After the 6 rounds of jossa if your satisfied with your college seat,you may continue your btech life with that college otherwise go for csab if you didn't get seat in Jossa round or you didn't like the clg.I advice you not to go for csab if you get seat already in jossa because you may or may not get the same or high level institute again in csab round.Coming to my college Nit kurukshetra..clg is good as I am from South we should adjust in food.clg is full of green tree's.it is around 300 acres.it is free of ragging...
