Course Curriculum Overview
Well, I chose mechanical engineering for my bachelor's course because I want to know about the machines and their mechanism, process, behaviour, properties and had interest in it. One of the supporting reason for choosing mechanical engineering is I've completed my diploma in mechanical engineering, to enhance my existing knowledge about machines and mechanism. I chose mechanical engineering. Course curriculum is bit diverse for me and it's for our own good but the excellent teaching of teachers shadows all the difficulty in the course and makes everything understandable. Exams occurs after every semester (6 months) and the difficulty of the paper is easy-moderate
Placement Experience
From 6th semester in B.tech most students are eligible for internships and placements. Company like Cipla, Motherson Sumi, CETPA, and many more visits here with the average mean package of 5 LPA and package ranges from 3-7 LPA. Here, most students consider to go for higher studies or get into research field so placement percentage is low. I'm also considering to go for higher education.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our tution fee for b.tech is 22000/yr ( varies for different course) excluding all exam fee, registration fee, security deposit. Till date haven't experienced any tution fee hike. Scholarship are depend on the fund houses and it varies from 30k to 100k in bachelor's course. Some of them are HDFC, RELIANCE FOUNDATION, WIPRO, ADITYA BIRLA FOUNDATION and many more options even college also provide scholarship to BPL students.
