Course Curriculum Overview
I have been deeply interested in engineering from a long time. The syllabus is old so you have to get updated on your own.. The teaching methods are boring and not impressive. And hence you have to study on your own. Each semester has 2 internal and one final exam. Final exam is difficult.
Internships Opportunities
The Internship are good in our college. The companies like Tata Consulting Services and wipro give good amount of opportunities to the students in our college. Stipends offered are 30000 for a month. Some internships are paid and some are not
Placement Experience
You are eligible for placement from the 7th semester. There are good placements in our college. Mostly service based companies like tcs, wipro.. Every student who doesn't have a back paper gets placed. I would like to get place from my college
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees depends upon your rank. If you are coming under state merit the fee structure is 26000 per sem. If you are all India merit the fee structure is double of that of state merit. The college handle some scholarships like egrantz which can be submitted by individual to the office. There are internship conducted in the college can be taken by you. The campus employment for our course is 90 percent.
Campus Life
The college life is good. But due to the reservation criteria only some students can opt for hostel(gov). That's the college fails to provide Hostage to people who needed at people who needed them.spots activities are good. There is a gym. There are social groups and clubs too. But development is needed.
Admission
The admission process is through CUSAT CAT, The eligibility criteria is that you have to have completed your class 12 before the entrance exam. The individual should have qualified for the exam to get an admission here. The admission details can be found in the main website of cusat, "cusat admission's". The reservation benefit's is based on the cut off of that respective year. If you are in the SC/ST you will be not asked to pay college or hostel fees. The difficulty of the exam is average and the difficulty changes according to the respective years. The exam is conducted every year. And the exam syllabus include phy, chem, maths. It is a computer based exam where you will 1.5 hours to complete the exam.
