Course Curriculum Overview
The course work is quite good with improvements made in recent times. The course work is getting updated continuously with feedback from students and industry standards. Many of the courses are helpful for the industry as well. Course work is helpful for placements as well as the internship process.
Internships Opportunities
Almost 70 percent of our seniors got internships in various places. The stipends range from 12,000 to 1 lakh.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is Rs 1.75 lakhs per year. Additional hostel and mess fees sum up to Rs 16000 per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarships available for students. A few of them are Merit cum means scholarship and inspire scholarship. Inspire scholarship are available for only MSc And BSc students having cgpa >=6 and MCM scholarship, eligibility criteria is Family annual income Below Rs 4.5 lacs, cgpa >=6 and top 25 percentile.
Hostel Facilities
There are around 15 hostels out of which 2 are girls hostel and one is a married hostel. The hostel fee is around 2000INR per month. You will get very few PGs outside the campus. The accommodation provided by the college is the best one can get in Roorkee.
Alumni/Alumna
Well ourcollege has very good alumini network has our seniors always visits our University to adress students.And also have alumini meetings every year.
Faculty
I would say that most of the time we are taught by knowledgeable, genuine professors but sometimes they were few courses that are just messed up by our professors. They teach us on the blackboard and most of the time they speak English and they are quite interactive in the class and never deny upon help-seeking regarding course.
