Remarks

Management is not good. you have to send a lot of time and effort to get the job done.

Entrance Preview

This particular college is considered to be the best engineering college in my state. I was able to get marks above the cut off marks required so I joined this college. I had other options but due to good reputation I joined this one. It also had the branch I wanted to study.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course which we study here is more practical oriented than it's oriented on the theory. we have many lab classes. but the things that we actually study were decided a long time ago and due to that there are many outdated things we have to study.

Internships Opportunities

I am currently in second year and haven't came across any such details yet. maybe they do but I'm not knowledgeable about that.

Placement Experience

3.5

There are many companies which come to my college for placement purposes but I can't say that there are many opportunities for job here. We do get job but mostly low prices ones which can't help someone as a full time job. offline placement are a much better option.

College Events

5

Many events are celebrated throughout the University but our college is number one in organising fun event. there is the most anticipated event called collosium and many other events with different types of themes for different types of students out there.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are paid in advance of the semester. The college is a government based one so the fees are very reasonable as compared to other colleges. so the fee structure is definitely feasible for almost all students. There is also presence of scholarship for economically backward students.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a tution free waiver scheme for students who have annual income less than 200000. this scheme is given to good ranking students and less household income

Campus Life

4.5

Gender ratio is a plus point here. maybe even more girls than boys if whole University is considered. my branch however is mostly boys. extracurricular events take place regularly. as of labs I can assure you that you will get all the equipment you can think of in the particular lab.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel facilities are a big drawback of this college especially for boys. many hostel rooms are completely covered with strange words written by seniors. no white wash is done. also many hostel have problem of broken toilets, doors etc. Food in the other hand is much much better than most mess food

Alumni/Alumna

Well this is something i can't say much about. alumni visit often to share their experience. seniors students also might help. I don't interact much with seniors.

Exam Structure

Exams are conducted 3 times in one semester. Mostly two one hour exams worth fifteen or twenty five marks and one there hour exams which are of 50 marks. practical subjects also take practical exams of 20 marks leading to a total of 100 marks per semester.

Admission

First I had to score good marks in JEE mains. then after the result announcement I applied for the college thorough online counseling on uttarakhand counseling site for b.tech colleges. my seat was confirmed when first counseling result was announced. After that you have to do paper work as required by college and follow the procedure.

Faculty

2.5

We have some very experienced faculty members in the college of technology. they are very understanding and help students to get their doubts cleared. we study some courses of other colleges also. there are some professors there who are not as good and never try to understand the problem of students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .
