Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is both relevant and comprehensive offering a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical applications. In terms of preparing students for real world applications the curriculum is commendable . It offers practical leraning experiences that bridge theoretical knowledge with real world scenarios. The frequency and timing of exams are reasonable , allowing for preparation and assessment of course material and sometimes the difficulty level of exams varies depending on the course and instructor.
Internships Opportunities
GEHU provides numerous internship opportunities for students allowing them to gain practical experience and apply their classroom learning in real world settings. Tech mahindra ,Infosys,Wipro these companies offer internshipswith stipent of 10-20k per month.
Placement Experience
Student become eligible for placements in 3rd and 4th year. several companies visit the campus for recruitment drives. Some of the prominent recruiters include tech mahindra, Infosys,TCS, Amazon. The highest package was 84 lakhs and average package is 7.5 lakhs. Upon completing my degree I plan to pursue further studies to specialize in my field of interest additionally I aim to gain practical experience through internships or freelance projects.
Fees and Financial Aid
The actual fee was something around 2 lakhs per sem but there are scholarships . 1)25% for himalayan region (around 45k off) 2)academic scholarship in my case I got scholarship of 32k 3)17k for skill development provided by goverment 4)5% for army and 5% for yearly fee payment
Campus Life
My experience with campus life has been enriching by social interactions active club involvement and excellent infrastructure. The university hosts several annual festivals which provide entertainment but also foster a sense of community among students. All the books need for your current sem will be provided from library . The library boasts a vast collection of books,journals and research publications catering to diverse academic interests. Students run social groups and clubs play vital role in enhancing campus life at graphic era hill university.
Admission
The registration forms where given in the office and there was 1,500 rs registration fees . And scholarship based on your class 12th percentage which starts from 80% , and other few other scholarships with students with domicile .2 exams in every 6 months mid sem and end sem with atleast 2 months gap , the difficulty level is moderate most of the questions are pyq .
