My review(DIT 2023-27)

The course curriculum till now involved teaching the basics of every fields for students to understand how our course integrate with other. The sometimes teachering involved more of just learn this, instead of like this things also exist and you should know about them. The exams are more of a way to check the learning ability then tha of what did student understood. The real life application can be said to be minimal in terms of exams, the difficulty level will never be very high if you have read nd memorized what was told in lectures line by line and think nothing else.

The college is always providing paid internships to students to enroll in. Sometimes these internship are forces on people by other parties with incomplete information at start of spams in your cantact.

The placement is definitely not hundred percent, with a average package of around 7-8 lack per annum. Many companies like infocis,tata visit every year. The basis plan of every student is around startups and entrepreneurship then that of placement and those trying to get placement don't have much luck

The tution fees is of that of around 1.6 lakh. With scholarships involves like decrease in tution fees in 1yr according to 12 marks, overall decrease in tution fees if you are residenten to uttrakhand or Himachal state, ward of army,ward of faculty, or have a second child in same University. Security charges and other expenses charges like uniform etc will also be taken at start

Annual techfest Youtopia is done in around time of October and November, and Sport meet Sphurti is done around January and February. The campus have various other fest/events where people form outside/campus display or sell things and sometimes spread information. Campus include many social clubs which tries to do various activities around all times involving tech, health,or other activities.

Admission process started with online registration, students with PCM in 12 were eligible for the course registration. Then an online document submission for few documents to get your self enroll and security fee of 12000. Then physical counseling for adding you to the course after that the college starts. Your are given a soft copy of a handbook with forms and documents list you have to submit, which was said to to given on day of physical counseling, but was told that there is no need of it now and will be taken after classes starts, which I am sure panicked many students to get done before physical counseling. The sid documents were then taken after half of the semester which was the most unliked aspect. Exams are done on a medium level basis and continuous internal assessment is done in each subject.
