Likes

First of all it is a Government college so there are no restrictions for outing
I liked college campus and its laboratory equipments like computer lab, workshop etc
I liked some helpful and very good teachers, they really help in exams like giving selection

Dislikes

There is no placement facilities because teachers doesn't try to approach the companies.
There is very rules and regulations for girls because this college has very low level mentality about girls.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's all depends us how we prepare our curriculum. My decision is great for choosing cs branch. In cs now a days AI and cloud is very popular. In our college exam is conducted by bput so exam paper is very easy.

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 33000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The Complete cost of course was 3. 5 lakhs in 4 year. In our odisha for students post matric scholarship is available. There is no tution fee in our college only college and mess or hostel fees. Here is no campus for students.

Campus Life

In our college there is EXUBERANCE which is cultural fest occurs in every year. Very easy to access any kinds of books, journals and etc from library. The technogy is also good.. In most of class room the smart board is available. In our college Arena which is our sports name occurs in evey year. Most of the students run social groups, clubs like imagics, pixel, robotics, etc

Admission

For cse branch in govt college student have good jee marks or rank. After 12th college admission process is start. St sc students take benefits from this reservation quota they can take admission easily in govt colleges. Timing of exams is good as my perspective.

Faculty

Some faculties are very good in teaching and they have very good teaching and understanding skills. Faculty to student ratio is good for some best teacher which approach is very clear and easy to understand. Whenever you need any type of help or suggestions by teacher you can go and interact

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placement Experience:

There is on campus placement in this college. And also internship program for the students. Highest package till is 12 LPA and lowest package is 1.8 LPA . average package is 3-4 LPA . percentage of students getting placed is 70 % .

Placement Experience:

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. The additional factor is that the aspiring candidate must have passed 12th grade and have appeared in JEE Main exam or OJEE Exam. After this the next process involves applying for counseling of OJEE. Overview of PMEC

No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure.
