Hostel facility of NIT Agartala is really good, you get all the basic stuff and any query is also considered by the wardens. The mess food could have been better it's currently not up to the mark. The mess and hostel fees is affordable for everyone.

For admission in Btech course in NIT Agartala you have to enroll for JEE mains exam and you have to secure a certain rank to secure a seat at NIT Agartala. Reservation do help you a little bit of you are OBC and EWS, but for SC/ST reservation gets you a really good seat with respect to your rank.
