- The thing which I liked most in this college, is its campus. It is 315 acres lush green and beautiful campus. There is also a lake in its campus premises. All the classrooms and lecture halls are well equipped with a.c.,smart board, projector,etc.
- The kind of faculties this college provide is just matter of applaud. They all are well experienced profs. with 15 - 20 years of teaching and research in their respective subjects and fields.
Course Curriculum Overview
Since my childhood, I have been passionate about engineering. So, persuading BTech. Here, in this college there are workshops where we learn and execute what we learn in lectures. The thing which can be improved, I guess, is number of internal exams i.e. instead of 2 internal mid sem exams, there can be only one mid sem exam which can reduce pressure from students.
Internships Opportunities
In the college, the one thing for which you can be sure is the internship opportunity. In the third year, i.e. in fifth semester you get internship opportunity in various companies and you can apply according to your preference where you want to apply.
Placement Experience
From end of 7th semester, you are eligible for placement. All giant companies visit the college every year to recruit a high number of students. These companies offer high placement packages to deserving students of every branch.
Fees and Financial Aid
The complete fees for whole BTech course here, is approximately 8-8.5 lacks for four years. The college provide financial assistance for financially weaker students by providing them fee remittance. Complete tuition fee waiver for SC/ST category students, 2/3 fees waiver for obc category students.
Campus Life
There are various cultural festivals and technical fests that take place every year in the college. One the biggest annual cultural festivals that helps is "Confluence" that held in mid October. The technical fest, "Techspardha" held in January every year which provide a great opportunities to budding engineers to show cas their engineering skills in real life invention.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel Life is quite decent. In first year you get a triple seater room where you accomodate with other two roomies. You get two fans, a huge study table where you all three roomies can easily study together at the same time, two tube lights, three separate cupboards for each roommate.
Admission
To get in this college, entrance exam has to be taken, known as Jee mains. To get selected, you have to be in top 1% of all the aspirants appeared in the jee mains. Total two attempts are given each year to take.
Faculty
The faculties, here are so well experienced and knowledgeable. That means they are just maestro in their subjects or domains. But the only thing which you have to keep in mind while attending their lectures is that, you can't just sit in the class with no prior knowledge of topic which has to be discussed by them. We have to have some knowledge regarding that on which you could build - up.
