Likes

Faculty is good in electrical engineering.
Specially mathematics teacher is quite good for teaching methodology.
Campus is good looking and very large so that you can play multiple games.

Dislikes

HOD of electrical engineering is very disappointed person.
Teacher is not good in mechanical engineering
College location is not good. But in the college facilities are good because of ATM available and cantine is also available

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is very relevance in electrical engineering, but some thing want to change or add up in syllabus. Because of im studying in classes is not relevant to industry. So that it is very crucial to know how to work in industry.

Internships Opportunities

If you are in 3rd year then you get the opportunity to take internship online or offline. But in this college not to give the opportunity offline. Then finally you take online internship in 3rd year. But if you are in 4th year then college must get opportunity of offline internship in industry. I'm done the internship in power grid.

Placement Experience

In any engineering colleges of Bihar. Placement is not quite good but almost is good like you have to placed maximum 6lpa. But in this college placement is approx 4lpa. If you get placed in company then you join and enjoy the life. But many of students are not placed in placement then these students try to off campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you admission in this college, course fees is very nominal. Not a problem to pay fees because course fees is 10k per year. And development fees is 2.5k per year. This is the course fees. And you get scholarship approx 65k in 4 years B.tech duration.

Campus Life

In this college, college campus is very good this is large and you have to play games like cricket, football, volleyball and many more. you can enjoy the Gym for gym lover. Yes you can workout in gym morning or evening. Also hostel Life is very nice and charming, it is the best part of my life.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities is good but not best. In the room provided chair, table, fan. This room is large that is for 3 student stay. In mess meal is not in best quality, this is average meals. Hostel charge is 45,00 per semester. This is affordable in my point of view. If you are not opt hostel then you get the room in rent. Many rooms are available for rent in out side from the college

Hostel Fee: INR 36000 per year

Admission

Admission process is very simple. First you give JEE mains exam. If results is declared then you have to do counseling process. In counseling process is very important to choose your favourite college to take admission. If you have to 1000 (UR) rank then easily to take admission.

Faculty

Faculty members are very knowledgeable, no doubt on qualification of faculty members. Specially in electrical engineering is very good , teaching style is very simplistic and easy to understand. Everyone qualified M.tech and someone doing PhD.

Placements at NIT Patna Are good for cs e The students become eligible from 7th semester Average place fields is around 13 to 14 lpa Eld highest goes to 40 Around 85 to 95 Percent students get placed I plan to become a software developer after graduation

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of View

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to seat and apply for campus placements . Eligiblity criteria depends on companies but if you have 7 CGPA ir more than that then you don't need to worry . Companies like Godrej, ACC,CDAC, BHEL, Infosys, WIPRO ,TCS etc. visited our college for campus placements. Highest package from our college is around 13 Lakh Per Annum and average placement is 3 to 4 Lakh Per Annum Its totally depends upon companies and their job profiles. There are almost 60 to 70 percentage student got placement ( In upper branches like CSE& AI percentage is slightly high otherwise it is quite low for civil and our branches) My plans after getting a degree that is I have to go for M.Tech from any IITs of India I am preparing hard for that.

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

Genuine Review of Motihari Engineering College

Placement Experience:

From 6th semster you are eligible to sit in campus placement . There is companies like Infosys , TCS , De Walls Ads , Wipro, Congnizent, ACC visited our college for campus placements . They have limited offers with limited packages also they have some eligiblity criterias like students should have CGPA above than 7.5 . Highest package offered in our college is 13 LPA per annum by TCS for a CSE student and Average package is around 3.5 to 4 lakh per annum. There is highest placements in branches like CSE ,EEE andCIVIL. Other branches got less offeres. Totally 50 to 60 percentage students got placements from our college because majority lower branch students are preparing for government exams like SSC , UPSC, BPSC , DAROGA and GATE. My plans after getting the degree to go for highes studies (M.TECH) .

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of Views

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There is companies like Wipro , Infosys, ACC, Copegimini, Congnizent, TCS visited our college for campus placements. There is very less number of offers given by companies and also there is almost negligible offers for Lower branches(like Mechanical and Civil) . There is highest 12.4 lakh per annum for a CSE student given by TCS and average salary of 4 LPA . There is only 50 to 60 percent students got placements in which majority are from CSE , CSE-AI , and EEE branches. My plans after getting the degree is doing M.tech from any reputed Colleges of India like some NITs or IITs depending to my Gate Score.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students become eligible for cmpus placements . Thera are a few companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys , Cisco ,Figma ,ACC and so on visited our college for campus placement but limited offers . Percentage of placements is arround 60 % which is very low but students are trying there best . Higher package was 12.4 LPA by Infosys as SDE and avrage package of 4 LPA. My plans are not taking plaement , I am preparing for gate 2027 .

Well placed college

Remarks:

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.

It is a very fast growing new college.

There are two admission processes:- A)Apply on the Ugeac portal with your Jee mains score card for counseling and get college on the basis of your score. Apply on the bcece portal to appear in the exam to get admission to this college if you do not appear in the mains or do not want to get admission with a jee mains score. The seats are firstly filled with the first process the rest of the seats are filled with the second process.
