Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

So when I was little I had this idea of learning new languages so when I qualified my 12 exam , I wanted to choose a subject which excites me and fun in learning so I got to know about jnu and it's language learning degrees so I was excited about it because it's really expensive to learn a language in any private Institute so I was happy and choose this course so about the real world application I mean language is one of the thing that we lived in world easily because without conversation how we would about each other and like about anything so it's pretty helpful I guess the only suggest I can give is that forced us to do the conversation in that language only when in class because it really helps.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

I can only talk about my centre because every centre in jnu has different course different kind of work and everything so talking about my centre Kotra and kto and some other companies provides us the internship and posco gave us the scholarship.

Placement Experience

4

I think after the completion of bachelor's degree students become eligible for campus placement and iam sure about the no of offers made but there are so many korean companies that visited our campus is like kotra , kto etc. And they starting package they offer is 6 lakh per year and percentage of the students has to 60 to 80 percentage but since we are learning a language so they more focused in the speaking abilities and talking about my plans iam planning to do some internship and do my masters degree for now iam sure about future.

Fees and Financial Aid

So as everyone knows that jnu is really affordable university for ambitious student and if we talk about my course then it's really affordable it's like 5000 per year which is really affordable and talking about the scholarship they give us so many scholarship like Gks , Aks and posco and many more and about the campus employment if you do the PhD as well then they gives us this opportunity of teaching students.

Campus Life

4

So here we celebrate so many festivities , jnu is like a different world . Here you will find people from all over the country and everyone has different things to offer so here we celebrate every festival of the country and even we celebrate the festivals of the country we are learning languages and facilities they provide is quite though like we have AC is our classroom have so many things and about iam not much into sports but they do organize the sports thingy as well . And there is different students clubs which is really impact full on students life.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

So in one room 2 people can stay we have a bed a chair a table and there is a cupboard for both people and an extra specious thingy which I don't know the name and a fan and light . So talking the food so the quality of the food depends so it's not always good because we are talking about the hostel food but not gonna lie but they do provide us quality food and food menu is also decided by us only so there's variety of food and the registration process is quite long but yeah not that difficult and hostel is quite affordable as well .

Admission

Because korean language is quite popular these days so the cut off for this course is quite high and about the application you can find it in universities official website and fee is about 200 I guess which is really affordable and reservation benefits you can get is that the cut off marks can be little lower then others and about exam difficulties then it's obviously difficult since NTA made the questions.

Faculty

4

Faculty members of my centre is quite friendly they help us with every problem which we asked them to help us with and they teaches us with new learning method every single time and it's quite helpful actually and we can contact or approach them anytime whenever we have a problem and they gave us new material to understand it better and always tries to teaches us in easier way so that everyone can understand it easily , gave us homework so that we can study even after the class and if we faces any problem we can contact them .

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is really very interesting. It keeps up with our expectations. Involves both practical and theoretical aspects to make sure that we are able to face the real world. Also, with the help of the guidance that we get from teachers we're able to ace both the aspects. The examinations also are based on applications, thus, helping us to enhance ourselves in all possibilities.

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months
