Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is quite old school and various irrevalent things are taught to students. Although courses related to things in demand are added to curriculum. Courses like tinkering lab are added in which student are told to make their own project which ultimately leads to enhancement in their practical knowledge. But student enrolled earlier do not get benefitted from these.
Internships Opportunities
At the beginning of third year companies come in college to provide internshiips to students. resume based shortlisting is done and test is done and final interviews. eligiblity criteria for each company is different and is based on academic performance and skills required for comany.
Placement Experience
after 6 th semester students become eligible for campus placemnets. companies come in college and select candidates based on thier academic performance and skills they need. Average placement i s10 lpa. But 100 percent placemnt is not there.
Fees and Financial Aid
I jave not witnessed any hikes in fees till now. the financia assistance provided here is very good based on students financial background. i personally get a two third tuition fee waiver . also students who are doing academically good get stripend of ten thousand. and variuos awards like these are present
Campus Life
overall college experience which i have gained till now is very good. everytime something is going on in college. typically two fests are held. thomso in october which is a cultural fest and other is cognizance in march which is a tech fest. Both fests are very awesome and students from other colleges come to enjoy it.
Hostel Facilities
hostel facility is quite good. food provided in mess is very healthy and includes all type of food. Also proper care is taken for cleaniness of food and hostel. Food is quite tasty and non veg food is provided two times a week.
Admission
the eligiblity of course is to clear Jee advanced exam with good marks . all the application process was done online . reservation for obc was given and cuttoff was lower for girls students. after allotment of seat from jossaa councelling all application was done online.
Faculty
The faculty here are very qualified and have taught in very reputed foreign and indian instutes. Some of them are very good at delivering their content and make student curious about practical aspects of concepts . But some are unbale to make understand students even if they have very good knowledge of their subject.
