- The infrastructure is one thing i like about my college . Well equipped classrooms , library , audtorium , Labs .
- For every sport played here have different courts and grounds like basketball court , volleyball court , Lawn Tennis court , football ground , cricket ground
- It has inner squash , badminton courts and tennis court
Dislikes
- The intime thing for girls. Girls have particular intime for hostel and for college gate .
- The campus area is not that much large .
- Sometimes fines are imposed for not attending classes .
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose mechanical engineering because i have always fascinated by how things work , and AIT provides everything fullfilling my demand and my hopes . It gives me a comprehensive curriculum , expert faculty guidence, machines shops, and most important exposure.
Internships Opportunities
Internships oppurtunaties are also good in AIT . Companies come in 3rd year for internships when they come for placements in college. Many students also get PPO's from the same companies where they have done their internship .
Placement Experience
There is 98% placement in AIT for everyone who is sitting for the placements. Their is no specific way that can explain avetage packages, avg package goes like 6-7 lakh/annum and the highest 44lakh/ annum .
Fees and Financial Aid
We have 2 lakh/year fees for every branch and approx 1 lakh/year fees . There are many scholarships provided by the college and even by the other startups and foundations like Merit-cum schloarship, merit-mean scholarship , reliance foundation scholarship , E-Kam scholarship and many more.
Campus Life
Campus life is very nice here , having different clubs for different domain , one can finf his or her interest and work on them . Clubs here make your time management more efficient , they will make u handle different pressurised situations and will able to help in future with your jobs.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are good here and even the food is also good , if comparing to others colleges then i wouls say it has much better facilities and quality than other college hostels . Hostels are cleaned twice a week and washrooms and bathrooms are cleaned regularly .
Admission
The Eligibility criteria is simple , First is , You should be a ARMY WARD and other then that you have to get a good rank and percentile in JEE MAINS . Theit is no reservation on the basis of Caste but prefrences are given to some heavy rank Medal holders. 10% seats are their for J&K residents.
Faculty
We have a very experienced and very knowledgable faculty . They have graduated and done their phd's from prestigius colleges . One of the best things about AIT faculty is their accessbility , they are always approachable and willing to help students , whether it's clarifying doubts , providing guidance on projects or offering career advice.
