Course Curriculum Overview

3

The curriculum is like every basic engineering curriculum. First year includes all the useless subjects like chemistry and physics. It is just like everywhere. Passing exams is piece of cake as marks are just distributed but only if you know something. Lab exams are conducted in a better way.

Internships Opportunities

1.5

You have to find internship yourself. Teachers do help but all they do is provide you the link for applying off campus. Also they dont allow you to go for offline internship if the stipend is below 40k .

Placement Experience

2.5

Companies do come but the competition is very high as the amount of students applying is very high. You have to keep a good cgpa in order to be eligible. High package companies(50-60 lpa) also come but only one or two students are able to crack them. This year highest package was 60 lacs but was off campus. Average placement is still 4-5 lacs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is obviously on the higher side. The ROI is bad if you see but this is the case in every private college. The fee increases by 10% every year. Also when i took admission there was a policy where students with specialization in any subject have to pay 30k/sem extra from the 3rd semester. But now I think its same for everyone. There are plenty of scholarships also. The criteria keeps increasing with time. So if you take admission earlier you can avail scholarship in less marks also. The scholarship will end if a student fails in a supplementary exam(back exam)i.e fails two time in any subject.

Campus Life

2

Campus is very small. Girls cannot roam after 8pm. The crowd is also not very enthusiastic. Everybody just flaunting themselves and engaging in fights. Clubs are no good either. Sports is fine but only of you already know how to play. Overall below average incampus life. But you have good places to visit nearby like masoori, rishikesh etc.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostels are good as compared to other colleges. Cleanliness is there. Everyday your rooms are cleaned. Common washrooms but are well maintained. Food quality is subjective. Some people like it some don't. There's a weekly menu. Which is same for years. Hostels are affordable if you see all the facilities. If you want PGs there are many options nearby.

Admission

When I took admission it was pretty smooth. You just register , pay fees and your admission is done. But now they have an admission test which will decide you scholarship criteria. Can't tell the difficult but it would be very easy as they take many students every year.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty are very qualified. Majority are alumni of this college but have masters and phd degree from major IITs. They teach good but only if students are serious. You have to go to teacher to clear your doubts as there is too much crowd. If you ask for help they are more than happy to help but only if you are interested in the first place.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .
