- The faculty is very good..they have a good teaching experience
- There is more interaction with the students on the basis of debates..class participation is one thing I like the most
- Department often organise seminars on different topics and they call upon best historians for the sessions
Dislikes
- Class infrastructure is not that good and should be improved
- There is no emphasis on fests and other fun activities which are an important part of college life
- Another thing which should be improved is the veg food items in the canteens
Course Curriculum Overview
So the course is of three years and it covers the ancient ,medieval and modern history of India as well as world,which is very helpful even in terms of knowledge and if someone wants to prepare for any competitive exams it helps a lot
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee is very minimal so for the year it is 7400 and the best part is university does not ask for extra examination fee and iften provide scholarships based on your ranks, category and performance in semesters
Campus Life
Overall experience is very nice. People here aare very socially evolved and love to interact with new people around.there are many social groups too run by the students itself.libraray in the university is one of the delhis best library,one can find any book here.also sport complex of university is great and provide opportunities for sport enthusiasts to prepare and play at national level
Hostel Facilities
here the food is very nice in hostel with different meals daily . there is availability of wifi,reading rooms,registration process is also simple and unique room has 3 separate chairs ,beds and almirah for three roommates
Admission
So the course is under cuet so we prepared for that only .the level of exam is not so tough it is basically mcq based test which generally have the syllabus of 12th class.Also the admission process is very simple .the only thing I don't like about the process is the queue in the bank at the time of fee deposition
Faculty
The faculty members are highly qualified and they have a good .the interaction between students and teachers is thé best thing here..we can go to the teachers directly whenever we have any doubt and query without hasitation
