Likes
- Campus is good and big and many events are held so everyone can take part in extra curricular activities
- All the campus amenities are good labs with working computers air conditioniers and clean washrooms
- The college has a good placement record and many students don’t get graduated without a job many mass recruiters arrive at college
Dislikes
- Only good teachers placement facuties are given to upper batches and only they are taken seriously
- Some teachers are not cooperative and don’t give you attendance when you are in an event they just dont care about your extracurricular activities yet they want certificate for gp
- The college is more like school not a good campus life uniforms are mandatory wheter you are in proper uniform or not matters more than you are good at studies or not
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very helpful as we have labs once in a week where very apply everything we study theoritically which will help us further in placements and when we have jobs only things needed for improvement is teachers helping and taking care of children those who are weak in coding rather judging them we have exams twice in a semester which is approximately in every two months one exam is held
Internships Opportunities
Their are many companies such as amazon and flipkart which had an exam for internships and a company called digishock was offering a good internships for only girls and had an exam and they took 10 girls from the college
Placement Experience
From 3rd year or say 6th sem students are eligible for placements but they get internship offers from 4th semester infosys google amazon flipkart visites the collages and have recruited students with packages upta 50 lakhs per annum Students with decent marks gets a placement upto 8 lpa easily
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is very well taken care of their are scholarships for girls for the native Uttarakhand members scholorships accourding to your score in board exams the compulsory charges for buses i feel is uneccessary for hostelites but i feel buses are good assets if want to go anywhere as they are pretty much every where in dehradun the total fees for me including all that and plus scholarship is 270000 per year approx but it may vary with different board percentages and scholarships
Campus Life
Grafest ,hackathons , student grafest, moot court and your parliament , cultural fests and many other fest happen annualy and apart from that their are many clubs in the college of different different departments that arrange many more extra curricular events I my self is in 2 clubs which are cultural clubs of the college
Admission
Eligibility of the course is 50 percent in 10+2 exams You can find the application form,fees and all other details on college official website exmas are held twice a semester one mid term and one endterm and the difficulty is moderate but if you solve pyqs you will be able to have a decent score in exams
Faculty
Their are 70 students in a class which means obviously it is difficult for us to study and some teachers are not cooperative they just teach and go without caring about students doubts but some teachers understand our problems and help us as much as they can they are quite approchable and understanding
