Computer science and technology is an emerging field. The course will help in learning new technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning The teaching methods could be improved in terms of interaction and course content as it is outdated and most faculties are not interactive 2 cts and 1 end semester happens every 5 months although the course for 1 sem is 6 months but here they do it in 5 months

After 5th semester we are eligible for internship and from 7th sem companies visit for campus placement companies are BEL-CRL,LNT,SUZUKI,and sales companies and few startups highest package is 12lpa that too for ece and mechanical only this year there is no to average placement for cse only 30 % students get placed from this college I will go for higher studies mtech

Tution fees and hostel fees is low compare to other college my only reason to come here is this only The scholarship is merit based which is 5K per year based on your merit top 6 students are given,also you can apply for nsp i.e national scholarship portal which can give you 50k per year based on your family income there is no campus employment thing in our college

The annual fest is goonj held typically in the month of may for 3-5 days libray is big and mostly course books are available there are smart boards in the classes and wifi facility is provided in the department and classroom there is sport event named josh which happens every year ,football culture is good few students are active in clubs like SAC which organises the events in our college

Hostel rooms are compulsary for students hostels rooms are good and spacious food quality is average and sometimes good hostel registration happens at warden office after every year hostel changes overall hostels and mess fees is lesser and decent i would say mess fees is 16000 per semester and hostel fees is 2000 per semester so total is 18000 per semester

Admission is taken on the basis of JEE mains and board exam The application form is 2000 and the reservation is given for sc st and obs and gen-ews jee mains happens every year and based on this exam utu conducts counselling for admission to government colleges in Uttarakhand you have to report offline for spot counseling which I think is bad which can be done online also

Faculty to student ration is good for a class of 60 students there is 5 faculties Faculties are well qualified interation with faculty is very low or nill, some talk very rudely
