Dislikes
- The canteen wasn't the best. It was not very hygienic.
- Election times were too chaotic and not peaceful at all.
- The location was a bit of a problem to be honest being so close to New Delhi railway station.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was great! Some of the courses I had during my time here are courses that I want every student to go through at least once in their life time. Apart from our core subjects we also had really good additional courses.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure was quite reasonable for almost anybody as it's a government college. I remember my fees being around 4k during my 1st year and then going up to 6k in my 2nd year and then finally 5k in my third year. There are also scholarships and other aid for helping those in need of financial aid.
Campus Life
There were a lot of societies and clubs with endless intra as well as inter college events throughout the year, these events would peak during the "fest-season" that is usually during the month of February and March. My experience in the campus has been really good and positive overall and it's mainly due to the friends I made during my time there.
Admission
The admission process was quite good, there were proper help desks that directed us throughout the procedure and there were faculty members too who were assisting us. Through I had to go through a slight misunderstanding due to unclear marking protocols, I would say it was a good experience overall.
Faculty
The faculty members were really good. Firstly, the faculty to student ratio was good as we only had around 30 students and the classroom had a more intimate vibe where we could express our thoughts and ask any queries we had in our minds.
Other Applied Colleges
PGDAV College | Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (English)
I thought the other one was better.
