From nothing to have something

Firstly the bad remark is, there less extra curricular activity and good remark is college is improving continously that i previously said there is nothing when i get admitted. And managements needs improvement..

Because i want to choose electrical and electronics it is good in this college and also because of my low rank there is no other good colleges then this , my college is at 3rd place in 2015 in bihar but now i can proudly say it is on 1st position so i opt for this.

Motihari College of Engineering is guided under the Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna. No, there is no internship program but its on working process through our faculty member they helped a lot to us.

Science And Engineering) Placements in my college is a little below the standards in case of number and the packages that the students get. But in recent years by the collective efforts of students principal and training and placement cell the placements graph of this college is going high. In further coming year it will go on heights But this is the problem of all engineering colleges under Bihar government

There is only Annual function in my college but in 2018 there is an induction program for first year student to get some confidence and we're planning for a techfest in 2019 College is working on this to add some more events which helps students to grow more other than studies

This is a government college so fee structure is feasible for all type of students i.e there is only admission fee in 1st year after that we have to pay only semester exam fee, and i think it is the chepest fee structure among all state level college in india

Yes, there is both scholarship and loan facility available through state/central government schemes

Motihari College of Engineering has a permanent campus of 48 acres located at Bairiya Fursatpur, Motihari, East-Champaran district of Bihar in India. It is 8 kilometers from nearest railway station Bapudham Motihari and 5 kilometers from Motihari bus-stand situated at Chhatauni. Regular auto rickshaw services are available from both places to the institute. It is approximately 2.5 kilometers from NH28A. Its good and greenery campus and gender ratio is normal, labs are good, sports competetions held regularly etc

Hostel facilities Edit MCE Motihari has two boy’s hostels namely old boy's hostel & new boy's hostel and one girl’s hostel. All the hostels are very close to the academic complex. Presently over 500 students are residing in these hostels. There are two separate Boy’s hostels one for 1st year and 2nd year and second For 3rd year and Final year. Every Hostel has approximately 300 rooms. There are also single seated rooms are available which are normally allocated to final year and pre-final year boarders. Multi-seated accommodation constitute 2-seated and 3-Seated rooms which are allotted to the students of 1st and 2nd year. The mess food is also good..

Till now there is no alumni network but college is working in this direction, but we're in touch with our seniors and its helpfull.

Exam structure is normal like other engineering college, firs there is internal exams , then sessional, Viva and in last external exams & some class test , assignment, project work etc

First of all there is an state level entrance exam name BCECE(Bihar combined entrance competitive examination) in which i qualify for 2 stages in 2015( but for now there is only 1 stage for qualifying ) after that i go for counselling and according to my rank i got the admission.

MCE got 22 faculty members from MHRD-NPIU under TEQIP-III program, and 26 faculties from Bihar Public Service commission in all the departments.The faculty to students ratio in college is less than 1:20 and is as per AICTE Norms. Recently Motihari College of Engineering signed Twinning Agreement with JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad at MHRD New Delhi. The agreement was signed to improve quality of teaching-learning at Motihari college of Engineering When i was in first year there is only some permanent faculty like 9 to 10 in numbers and some guest faculty.
