Amazing college experience

The management lacks time management as some time they fail to follow the academic calendar. This should be improved as students from farther regions need to get their traveling reservations done on time. Apart from this, the management works really efficient

Because the institute offers specialized courses which focus not only on the basic subjects but all a few core related subjects which give you an upper hand for your future. The campus has all sort of facilities like modeling software and labs. The provision of online portal makes it convenient. The reviews of the college of past few years have been positive.

We can assess the course curriculum on the basis of what is taught and applied knowledge. The curriculum is somewhat not up to the mark when it comes to internal markings because only assignments are given that students copy from each other. A better activity should be chosen for it. Other than this the subjects and the assessment is fair. The lab assessment is continuous which is the best according to me.

The college provides internships but they ask students if they can get their internships on their own as this reduces the load on career services office. Usually, the internships are not paid or with a very nominal stipend like 2000-2500 month.

The placements trend has not been consistent. While some departments see a rise, the others struggle. Focusing on my course, the university has not been able to bring many core companies or mass recruiters. The students mostly prefer the core companies as they want to imply the studies they have paid for. Considering overall records, the placements are good for the college seen as a whole

The events have got a long list which is as follows. 1. Yugmak and spe are the fests conducted by the computer and petroleum clubs which are active in the college 2. Ignite is the tech fest consisting of various competitions for all the brach students like robo war, car races, coding marathons etc 3. UURJA is the cultural fest having various performances of students as well as celebrities

The fee structure of the college cannot be called as feasible. The tuition fee including the other fees like computing fee etc adds up to 1.3 lakh per semester. These expenses exclude the accommodation so this makes it very expensive. The college does not offer any sort of subsidized food rates or other facilities, the fee structure is not justified

Yes, the college provides the scholarship facility for the freshers on the basis of merits they have in their high school. The class topper of every year can also avail the scholarship. The relaxation to financially weak students has also been provided.

The gender ratio for the overall university is very fair but still, the male population is slightly more. The people come here to study from almost every region of the nation. The extracurricular, labs, sports, etc have already been mentioned in the previous questions and there is sufficient provision of every extracurricular facility

I reside in a private hostel as the campus hostel has not got sufficient accommodation. The food and other facilities on the campus are very good but the hygiene is not maintained in the hostel because of common washrooms. The place where I stay is more preferable as I get better facilities at nearly the same expenses

Yes, the alumni network is very strong and seniors have always been cooperative in our academics and also other activities. Access to pass out students also help the current students to get some idea of the scenario in different companies

The exam structure gives 20% weightage to mid terms 30% to internals and 50% to end terms. The criteria decided is totally justified. The only flaw is in the mode of internals. The teachers rather than giving long assignments can asses on the basis of other activities. The labs are assesed continuously making the students more interested in lab

I went on the website to register for the entrance exam. The entrance exam was conducted and after getting the result. I went to Delhi for the counseling process where we were to choose our preferred courses. After this process, we were called at the university to complete the registration process before the commencement of classes

The faculty most of the time we get is cooperative with almost everything the students need. Apart from what they teach in class, they are available in the department for extra doubts. They also mentor the projects and even give a few ideas to students. They also keep extra classes and do not run away from teaching.
