I chose this course as I was interested in tech related fields. According to my experience , I think that college should add more coding and conceptual subjects instead of theoretical subjects. Curriculum should focus on placement related subjects.

Companies like JP Morgan, Goldman Sach, Microsoft, Amazon came with an average stipned of 1 Lakh per month for software engineers. Students have to focus more on Data Structures and Algorithm for clearing coding rounds . To cleare resume selection round you should have projects done according to their job roles.

Placements ratio is good in our college. From 3 semester students become eligible for campus placement. Big MNC's like Microsoft, Amazon, Wipro, De-shaw, Facebook, Google visit our campus. 95% students get placed. Average package is 5-6 LPA.

If u are chosing CSE core then per semester fees is something around 1.5 Lakh and if you are chosing CSE with specialisation then fees is approx 1.8 Lakh. Scholarship : If you are paying yearly fees : 10% discount If your parents are from Army background : 5% discount. Girl child : 10% discount 90% - 92.5% in 12 class : 30000 rupees off 92.5 - 95% : 50000 rupees off 95% & above : 70000 rupees off

There is a fest known as Grafest in our college. It is one of the biggest fest in Uttarakhand. It held for 3 days. Celebrities like Badshah, Neha Kakkar, Ayushmann Khurana, Urvashi Rautela, Arijit Singh came in our campus. Our campus has also received Green campus award. There are so many clubs in college that run by college students like swaragini(music and dance club), Incredibles(Hip-Hop club) Papertech(Art and creativity club).

Eligibility criteria : More than 65% to 70% in 12 class. Application form will be available in college website (geu.ac.in). Exams are conducted 2 times in a semester. Difficulty level of exams is medium.

Most of the faculty members are PHD holders. There is a classification of students from 2 year on the basis of their coding skills. According to that classification, faculty focuses on the students. Overall there is nice interaction between teacher and student.
