Likes
- Infrastructure is good if compared with other DU colleges.
- Canteen is a plus point. They have two canteens. One is basically a Nescafe kiosk and the other one is full fledged canteen
- Teachers are cool. They will not point you out for not attending classes on a regular basis
Dislikes
- The fees is too high as compared to other colleges. They give a reason that they have ACs. But those ACs do not work.
- Sports complex is not good. We cannot get access to sports equipment like cricket bats, footballs although they have big grounds to play.
- The crowd is too amateur. You will see people gossiping around almost everywhere you go.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course was not that good. I basically took this course because when i applied here, the admission was based on Merit basis and i couldn't clear the cut off for political science hons. Otherwise i would have prefered thay course. There are too many students. Plus no placement oppurtunities
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure is approximately 22000 per year which if compared to other colleges, is on a higher side reason being that this college has an AC infrastructure, which doesn't work that great if i tell you.
Campus Life
We have many fests. Every year the college organizes Cultural, musical and many other fests. The campus vibe around that time is next level. That is one part that you would wish to experience. Trust me you"ll enjoy it.
Admission
Admission process was simple. It was merit based. But now they have CUET. Which i think has degraded the value of these top level colleges. Because even if a student gets 70% marks, if he prepares for CUET 2 months prior, he will get the seat. But the thing is, his level is average.
Faculty
Faculty to Student ratio is good. Almost 30:1. Ofcourse it's college so students generally do not ask for doubts. The teachers are well qualified. Most of them are already Phd and some others are pursuing PHd. The economics department is the best
