My Overall experience in Dbuu Dehradun

I am very happy that I had chosen B.tech cse as the college provide us best education. They prepared us for real world. They introduced us with new technologies. The exams are conducted timely. Two class test, one mid term exam and one end sem exam are held in every semester for all students. You can easily score a good marks.

The University provides internships for students. Many companies tie up with our university. The stipend depends upon students, course and the type of company. Some of them are Ensino, HCL, Federal Bank, TCS limited with an stipend of ?30000 per month to ?50000 per month.

The placement rate of the University is 80%. For btech 85% students get placed every year. The highest package offered is 40Lakh CTC. From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visited in our university. Some of top recruiters are TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Federal Bank, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj, Adobe, Wipro, HCL and many more.

Total Fees for Btech CSE is 6.6 Lakh for 4years. 1.65 lakh per year. Apart from this, Rs4500 is examination fee that you have to pay each semester, Rs3500 for annual fee, library fee and ERP fee. One time fee that is non refundable are- ?1500 is registration fee ?7000 is admission fee ?3000 is university enrollment fee ?9900 is uniform fee There is several scholarships for students are as follows- For students from Uttarakhand -25% on tuition fees for all years From any state of India - 25% on tuition fee for1st year only For Girl Child - 5% for all years For child of Defence person - 5% for all years For Sports - 5% for all years Early Bird - 5% for 1st years only One time payment - 5% for 1st year only Merit Based scholarship is also available. My overall experience is good. The campus life is wonderful. The University organises annual fest named Pinak which is going to 4days. And also organises technical fest named Navdhara which is going to 2days. The fests are held every year in the month of April. Each department has their own library in their own buildings. They are fully air conditioned. There are garden of books. You can easily find any book you want related to your course. The classroom are fully furnished. There are projectors in every classrooms. Fully air conditioned seminar halls are build in each floor. University organises 7 to 10 days sport matches in which other colleges are also participated. Exhibitions are also organised by respective departments.

The hostel facility is quite good. You can get a personal bed, a table and chair, a personal Almirah with a attached washroom. The meal quality is good as compared to other colleges' hostel. Menu is se for the whole year. For hostel you have to apply at the time of admission. The registration charge is ?5000 which is non refundable. The outing time is 5p.m. and you can go out only in your weekends or holidays. Also you can check the PGs near Dbit chowk. The rent is approx same for every PGs that is ?6500 to ?7000 with meal. And ?3000 to ?3500 without meal for double sharing.

There is no entrance exam. The eligibility to take admission is student have passed their respective classes with an aggregate percentage of 50% from a recognised board. Students can get admission by applying online through university's website www.dbuu.in or get direct admission by visiting Campus. Application fee is ?1500. End sem exams are held in December and May. The exams are conducted by the University and going upto 10 to 15 days as per your course.

The faculties are very helpful. They helped us whenever we have any doubts. They leads us as a mentor. We can easily interact with them as they always available for us. They are well educated and all have Masters or PhD degrees.
