The course is relevant in every possible way. The regular labs make sure to give us hands on experience about the real world experience of the things we are studying. But it could be more practical by adding more sightseeing and all. The exams are not that difficult to clear if one studys decently throughout the semester. We have 2 mid sem and 1 end sem exam in a semester and because of 2 mid sem exams students get prepared for end sem exam in a nice way.

The students of 7-8 semester are eligible for placements. All the major companies like Microsoft, google, amazon etc visits for campus placement drive. Majority of the placement takes place in software development roles. Placements are good here but it significantly depends on your skill level. 85%+ students get placed every year. I will opt for placements after the completion of my degree.

There are many fees waiver for economically backward students. For sc/st students there if full tution fee waiver and for students with parental income less than 1 lakh there is full tution fee waiver and for students with parental income less than 5 lakh has 2/3rd tution fee waiver. The fees is easily affordable and for those who can't afford, education loans are easily available as tge brand of NIT Kurukshetra is big

The annual cultural fest is named and confluence which is organised very nicely all the 4 days of fest feel like a real festival happening in the campus and on the last day we have the star night where the famous singer comes and perform. The annual tech fest is known as techspardha, it is one of the biggest tech fest in North India in which many students across different colleges comes and perform. The books in library are easily accessible with id card. Every class is well equipped with smart board and necessary teaching facilities and fully air conditioned. The sports complex is fully equipped with necessary sports equipment. We have all the necessary clubs and societies and clubs and societies helps the student in overall growth of students.

Hostels are well equipped with all the necessary facilities. Rooms have a table chair almirah tube light fan and separate balcony. The quality of food is decent and the menu is diverse for both south and north indian students. The registration process is smooth and the hostels are affordable.

The admission process was smooth everyone there was friendly and helpful. The year in which I took the admission the criteria was 75% in 10+2 and for some states candidate should be among top 20 percentile. The application starts as you get the seat from Jossa counselling you will start recieving emails and you have to follow them. The OBC, SC, ST and PWD candidates gets special reservation. Everything went well and I was satisfied with the process. One place where there can be improved is during the time of registration there could be more staff engaged in the registration process to make it faster.

All the faculty members are highly qualified and have a effective teaching methods. Many professors make sure that the concept gets clear and further they help in clearing the doubts. Almost all the professors are phd holders. The student to faculty ratio is 20:1. The faculty is approachable and they make sure to motivate the students in every possible way.
