Along with that extracurriculars like sports teams of the college are present like kabaddi, basketball, and badminton. Also the college conducts cricket matches known as APL.

Admission

Admission process is based on the NEET marks and is conducted by KEA. The students must undergo KEA counselling and the seat in alloted to them either in the 1st round, 2nd round or the mop up round. Once the college is alloted the student must report to the college to complete the admission process. All documents are submitted to KEA during document verification.

Faculty

3.5

There are separate faculty members for each subject and they are all well equipped with knowledge and skills. All the teachers are themselves MBBS and MD/MS graduates which help them provide useful insights to us students. There is shortage of staff in some departments but this is circumvented by the way classes are planned by the colleges. Most of the staff are approachable and student friendly. The staff are also involved in some groups like "Student support cells".

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
