Course Curriculum Overview
university is famous for its B.tech Course and it prepare according to industry standars and also the teaching method is good and creative also the deficulty level of exam is from easy to medium. also there is number of workshops in Btech course.
Internships Opportunities
off capus internship opprotunies are there mostly, swe role is offered in internship by amazon, microsoft, morgan stanley, jb morgan etc with stipend 50LK+ and every semester students have to make mini project for internal evaluation.
Placement Experience
placement is ok ok, not such a big deal , internships opportunites are available there from 2nd year onwards and placements from 3/4yr onwards.highest package is 60+ lpa and avg is 4lpa , placement percentage is 10:8.
Fees and Financial Aid
total fee will be around 7-10 lakhs for four years and you can get scholorship above 80% and also on uttrakhand domecile,single child,army background,girl child.university also provide scholarship under various government schemes.
Campus Life
verious coding hackathons are oraganised every year, grafest as cultural night and dj show of 3 days oranised every year.you will get 5 books only in sem from library and tournamest are oragines time to time in sports and here are verious clubs one can opt acc. to his/her choice.
Admission
addmision process is ver simle and smooth.you can directly reach to the addmision cell in university or can contact online and for the first time the application fee is 1200 rs .every semester there is two type of exams one is mid exam and end term exams along with practicals.there should be much more transparency during addmision process.
Faculty
for every 80 student 1 faculty is there, mostly the faculty here is passout or alumni of GEU and GEHU, and many of them have no experience,faculty is copperative and supportive only if you have zeal to learn.
