Best of facilities only at NIT, Agartala

I didn't found any bad remarks but I must say the campus is too big.

One of the Most reputed Engineering college within North-East India. Large campus and my hometown are Tripura, hence I opted NIT, Agartala. I like this college since from class 10. As this college is only one of the National engineering college in our state.

I prefer Civil, Electrical, mechanical as among the most prior core Branch in this College. And placements are Good enough with moderate packages almost 4.5 lakhs average. Regarding the courses details, visit given at NITA website. Visit- http://www.nita.ac.in/

Yes, they do! Stipends are provided, loans are also available for the students, and good facilities for NE India students as they can avail for the Special scholarship.

Placements are good enough as I said earlier, many companies like Oracle, TATA, reliance and all come for hiring with good placement package. I heard approx 4.5 lakhs in average is the placement package. And almost 80 per cent and above students are getting placements per year.

Events are many in our college. You will never get bored in the campus. We have Dandiya nights, cultural tech fest, Dj nights, Dance competition, inter-branch wise Football matches and many more. And lastly is the ADVAITA in which many of us youngsters enjoy the most and wait for it eagerly every year.

The fee structure is as per the Category wise. For St/Sc/ students with 1 lakhs and bellow annual income a complete tuition fee waiver. Whereas Hostel fees are the same for all category of students. And the fees are paid per semester wise. For General category students around 80+ thousand is needed per year.

Loan facilities are provided by nearby Banks like State Bank of India in the campus itself. And regarding the Scholarship, students of the st category, sc category get it every year through national scholarship portal.

Student life in the Campus is awesome, we enjoy every event in the college. We get seminars too every year. Workshops are also being enacted, summer and winter holiday workshops and all. The sports complex is comprising of a big stadium and huge. We can get to play football, volleyball, basketball in the campus.

Hostel facilities are well enough to live happily, the campus is too big and the most prominent about the college is that the campus is clean and Environment is suitable for studying modes. So, out of 10, I'll vote 7.5 in terms of hostel ranking. Food quality is needed to be improved a bit more.

Yes, they do help. Whenever you are in trouble with any types of problems, it may be daily problems or trouble with local people or trouble in knowing locality. Alumni networks play a vital role to help out the students in the campus.

Exam structure is like this manner. Each semester consists of two examinations:- Mid-Term & End-Term Examinations. Mid-term is out of 50. And End Term is out of 100. Both this Examinations are written exam, internal exams, class test, regularities in classes are also being considered for internal marks.

I appeared for JEE Mains Examination in the year 2018. After being eligible for admission as my Board percentage is above the given criteria. I filled up the online JOSSA counselling and chose Civil Engineering as my preference no. 1. After the first round of josaa counselling, I slid my offered course. And in the Second round of josaa I got civil Engineering. So, I have gone through the admission process as stated in JOSSA Business Rules.

Faculties are helping as much as they can, but their verbal communication skills lack. So in terms of Faculty ranking out of 10, I'll vote 8.5. But overall I must say the college faculties helps a lot and fulfil your goals of being here. 24/7 electricity availability helps you to work on the campus smoothly.
