Course Curriculum Overview

Actually the university curriculum is bit old fasion.Like the technology is a way head of the things that we are studying in the sessions.But the basis are well learned from it.The improvement we need in that is that to get out of the instituion as a proffesional that can handle the new technolgy that the real world work in.The curriculum is need to improve so much as per the technology improves the students want to know what all changes that are happening in the real world and they want to be trained according to that.

Class Size: 58Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The students those who are express their talent can get rewars from the institution and also they give scholarships tho the students who are showing a nice academic exellence.The institution also provide loan functions for those who want to study but when they are not affordable.There are also campus placements in the college itself in every year.

Campus Life

All the infrastructures are available for the purpose of studying. They make sure that all the systems are working properly. They also have many clubs and social societies in the college and the activities are also almost good. The library is good.

Admission

Almost all the students have the opportunity to study in the institution there is not a big cut off mark needed for the admission above avg or avg student can apply.all details of the addmision are available in the college website itself.The institution also take students on the keam entrance score basis.

Faculty

The faculty of the institution are well educated and properly trained for the system.And the students can interact any time with them without any bad feelings.Teaching methods of some faculty are in the proper right way some of them are not well in that section.But they encorage the questioning of students in between the session and at that time itself they clear the doubt of the students with proper ways.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

I had applied to various coleges. That includes amal jyothi college of engineering and technology and also registered for for rajagiri school of engineering and technology.
