Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of btech biotechnology is not that simple we have many subjects in first year being a agriculture University we also have to study some agricultural courses such as horticulture crop production technology genetics plant breeding etc but these courses help us to connect biotechnology with agriculture the exams are done three times in one semester two pre final and one final
Internships Opportunities
The university have many internships opportunities such as working in drdo and uttrakhand biotechnology council and many more we have to sign letterb of recommendation from advisor and then we can do internship in many projects and company some are also paid internship but it is hard to get .
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is as follows the fees is around 57000 per sem and we have have a submit a demand draft of 50000 every year as our course is self financed but we have a lot of scholarship program in university which a student can apply in 57000 the hostel fees food charges are included .
Campus Life
The campus life is fun we have lots of events in our university the students can join societies in which they conduct event and programe like recently we had our nite and before colleuseun in which celebrity guest comes it is a fun events and we also have fairs in pantnagar the infrastructure is very good in pantnagar we also have a stadium here.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel fees is included in total fes it is 20000 it includes food charges also and the food in hostel is not that much good but it's still edible and hostel Life is quite fun we play sports in hostel enjoy study together in first year 3 people get one room and it is quite fun in hostel the hostel Life in pantnagar is the best
Admission
The admission Process is through the gbpuat entrance exam If you're from the general category you have to score atleast a rank under 1000 and if you have OBC category than 1300 and if sc and st 1700 and PWD 2000 for the first round of counselling. The GBPUAT entrance exam is not that tough it's easy as compared to NEET but it comprises of 11th and 12th syllabi.

The faculty is one of the beat and pros this university they are very supportive and helpful they teach us in best ways they are scientists who alsodo reasearches so we also learn from them they teach us theory and also show us practical so our practical knowledge can improve the interaction btw teachers and students is very good in pantnagar
