The average percentage required to take admission in this college is between 80 and 95, which matched my score. I also applied to better colleges compared to this one, such as PICT and VJTI. I submitted this college in my preference list and got admitted here, while I was rejected by colleges like VJTI, PCCOE, and COEP due to my low percentage. I applied for three colleges DY Patil Akurdi DY Patil Pimpri which is my current college and Nutan College. I didnt get admission in DY Patil Akurdi because the cutoff was higher than my score. I got admission in Nutan but I didnt take it because the placement ratio is low the average package is not that good and the crowd and environment also didnt feel right for me. Compared to the other colleges I chose DY Patil Pimpri because the academic environment is better and placements are decent for my branch. The campus is clean teachers are good and the college has a better name than Nutan. There are more seminars and workshops also and overall the atmosphere feels more motivating. The admission process of my college is simple. Admission happens through CAP round by the government. Main eligibility is 12th science with PCM and giving entrance exam like MHT CET or JEE. In CET exam, I got 97 percentile on this percentile, I study previous year cut off of colleges from that I sort 10 colleges They are in my cutoff from this 10 colleges. The Y Patil college is number fifth number college of my list in first number college is COEP and 2nd number is PICT , third is PCCOE and fourth is VIT but the cutoff is very high. That's why I cannot select in this college also in COEP there is no artificial intelligence and data science branch. I compare this all colleges in different parameters like a campus campus placement and teachers faculties of colleges. Also, the NRIF ranking the fee structure for my four year study. Also, I contact students. They are in second and third year in colleges.
