Good college with overall good placement

college management is good but it can best if it is applied in proper way.

Since i had not been selected in NITs through Joint entrance exam,so i had decided to take admission in this college because we get the degree of BIT Mesra(main campus)which is among best top colleges.It is also near to my home & had a better parental guidance.

SYLLABUS is equivalent to GATE & IES Exam.In the 1st year everyone has common subjects. The branchwise study starts in the 2nd year. The 1st year subjects are for the brief knowledge about all the branches.Some basic papers are there in 1st year course which we had already studied in +2.

Multinational companies as well as indian companies like Wipro,Amazon, Flipkart etc has came with a good stipend.

Placement of the college is quite good. Amazon, Flipkart, and many more renowned companies come for placement offering a starting package of 10 lakhs, which amount to start. In recent years the highest package offered was around 26 lakhs per annum. On an average are around 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per annum which are good. Placements are coordinated from the main campus BIT MESRA mainly. Companies like Intel,Mu sigma,Verizon,CTS,Infosys,IBM,Havels,wipro, Ericsson,L&T,and some civil and mech companies also visit.

College conduct 3 main fests like TECHNIKA(technical fest) JHALAK (cultural fest) ANNUAL SPORTS MEET(sports fest)along with these small inter branch competition are carried throughout the year. Active participation is seen by students of our college as well as from others colleges.

Being a semi private college it is quite expensive but not as huge as other private institutes. Fees is affordable but higher than government colleges.Fee is around 1.5 lakh per semester, hostel fees are included.it also includes transport, library,internet fee etc.

Yes,GP Birla Scholarship is provided to students whose parent's income are less than 2.5 lakh per year based on CGPA :8 to 8.5 CGPA -20% Of tuition fee 8.5 to 9 -40% of tuition fee 9 to 9.5 -80% of tuition fee 9.5 above -100% of total fee.

Campus life is flooded with fun. From all the night gaming to corridor cricket. There are around 10-15 active societies which conduct different events in the campus. Sport is really taken of pride at the college. We participate in various college fests of IITs, AIIMS etc. Girls are not allowed in boys hostel. The Gender ratio is about 1:3

Hostel are recently made, so no problem in hostel quality. College provides hostel to all students so no need to worry about PG's and all. Mess is also good providing separate meals to veg and non veg students.four time meals are provided including breakfast,lunch,evening snacks & dinner.

Seniors are also very helping here. I talk to them frequently about studies and other stuff. They know our course better so i think they can guide us better.

One mid semester exam with 40% weightage and a final semester with remaining score.The frequency is fine neither very hectic nor easy.Exam pattern is so chilled out that exams are conducted 2-3 weeks long, including your lab sessionals and written exam.

Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains exam.You can get good branch like cse,ece etc having a good marks in JEE mains.But u can get branch like production,IT even in low marks also.you can also get civil,mechanical,eee if your marks are good

All the teachers are well qualified in their respective field. the way of the teaching to the student is good. If any student any doubt in any tropic then help in removing that doubt by giving real world examples.some more best faculties should be added to make it best
