- There was no auditorium as it got burned twenty years back the reconstruction started this year .
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum of my discipline which is English honours is very relevant towards the societal aspects of the real world which includes the history and also the contemporary challenges in the society. The course provides opportunity for sharpening one's mind and helps in critical thinking and analysis of certain aspects. The additional courses like GE, AEC,VAC and SEC started with the implementation of NEP distracts students to focus on their core disciplines which needs to be reformed.
Internships Opportunities
There are various internship schemes which are provided by the college. The students become eligible for the internships while they reach the third semester. ICICI Bank, Urban Company, PwC India, KPMG, EY India, Mother Dairy, Young India Fellowship, Gandhi Fellowship, Zomato. These are the few companies which offered stipend for internships last year.

Fees and Financial Aid
.My first year fees was 12,975 and for second year it will 14,300. .There is no admission fees for particular college all you have to pay is tution fees all the charges are included in it. Examination fees is to be paid separately as per the rules of University and the fees depends upon the type of course and subject students opt for like practical or theory. . Fees structure is almost same there are small fluctuations category wise but PWD get maximum benefit as they have to pay 60 rupees for the entire year. .The scholarships which are available on NSP portal of central government are suggested to students. Colleges of Delhi University doesn't give scholarship of their own although University have certain schemes for a particular category.
Campus Life
There are daily journals and news papers like The Hindu, Economic time etc along with various magazines are available.E library facilities is also there with books including of all disciplines. The campus life is really amazing here as the students of all cultures throughout India and even from foreign came in contact with each other which enhances the experience by learnings of their cultural diversities. Annual fest of college is named Renaissance which is organised every year in the month of March where top celebrities from India are invited to perform. Sports and extra curricular activities are conducted regularly and college has one of the best teams in various sports and given various athletes who participates at international level.
Admission
The college is affiliated with University of Delhi. Therefore the admission is taken on the basis of Cuet scores. I applied for Hindu and Hansraj College of DU in my preference list but couldn't clear the cutoff. In Hindu and Hansraj there is better infrastructure then Kirori Mal.
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio is good as in my department there are 18 professors and if I include 1st 2nd and 3rd year students there are almost 240 students.Faculty members are fine and maintain a good teacher student relationship and are easily approachable. There are basically internal exams and exams at the end of semester. The difficulty level is medium.Course curriculum is very relevant for the particular disciplines.
Other Applied Colleges
Hindu | Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (Political Science)
