- The girls boys ratio is poor i.e, 5boys are there per girl in the college
- The campus is small in about 60 acres of land which is a small area.
- The college sports ground is very small one can play either football or cricket at a time
Course Curriculum Overview
I come from a engineering background my father is a civil engineer so I also choose to be a civil engineer as there is much scope for a government job in civil engineering branch , the ciriculum focuses on the overall devlopment of the students and the exams are prepared in a order to test all the points taughtin the class and are moderate to clear .
Internships Opportunities
The companies come to recruit like phone pay offered internship as tech assistant with stipend of about 10-30 thousand per month Projects with DSA and coding skills are required TCS offered a PPO of 6.5 lakhs to student of ece as a consultant post .
Placement Experience
The campus placements are offered here , the recruiters here are phone pay , microsoft , Infosys , oracle , adani groups , tcs , HCl , LnT etc. The highest package here was 1.63 crores in FY 2022-23 . The average package here is 11.5 lakhs per annum . Most of the recruiter give pre placement offer exceeding 9LPA .

Campus Life
There are various clubs here including technical club, sports club , dance and drama society , cultural club and various fests like technical and cultural fest organised every year , our college is 2 time and cureent champion in inter NIT cricket matches . There is an special building associated with student activity called the SAC (STUDENT ACTIVITY CENTER) Building
Hostel Facilities
The hostels here are descent with 3 seater rooms having 2 fans and 3 windows and 3 almiras . The hostel has water cooler facility and washrooms are cleaned every 3 days , there is shower facility. in every bathroom and a small garden with benches for students to sit or roam around. The mess facilities are decent not too good and not too bad , the food provided is ok ok type , but on weekends and Sundays we have a good meal menu .
Admission
I have given the jee mains exam and got AIR 57235 And OBC NCL Rank 16272 and I went through the jossa and csab concelling in which I was offered a seat at iiit bhagalpur CSE and NIT pat a (civil eng ) , due to high fees amd income problems I choose NIT Patna over IIIT BHAGALPUR , the overall cutoff for the civil engineering branch at NIT Patna is 60k .
Faculty
The faculty here is student friendly and supportive . They motivate students to study and help out them with the syllabus , the lab assiant and incharge are very cooperative and nice and the labs are fully equipped with all the required things .
