My honest review

I chose computer engineering because of good placement if this course at thapar and also the seniors told that the faculty of this course is pretty good and also helpful. Along with it i also had interest in codibg and this course helps in developing coding skills

There are cery good internship oppurtunitues proveided here at thapar and almost every student gets interned from campus and the rest if them get i ternship very easily by applying off campus. So overall college provides good internahip opputunities

The placement ratio of college is certainly goid and the percentage of students places is about ninety five percent and also due to good name of college one gets very good off canpus placemnt and internship opportunities

The yearly acaedemic fee is about 5 lakhs and the fees increases by 10 percent each semester and along with it the hostel and mess fees is about 1.5 lakh per year. There are scholarship based on acaedemic performance each semesterand also on your jee mains score in first year

The campus life is very good here at thapar and the histel rooms are also very good and there are variety of societies that one can be a part if according to their interest. Moreover there are vast opportunities in sports too.

The hostel facility is very good and there is cleanliness all around the hostels. Although the mess food quality is not upto the mark. The hostel pricing is somewhat higher than other campus but the room are worth it

The main reason was that my elderly brother and sister were pass out from thapar and they had good things yo say about the college. Moreover it is located in my state close to my hometown so its easy to travel

The teaching faculty overall is very good and helpful abd accesible most of the times. Along eith it there are phd and mtech students whi take tutorials and are cery friendly and helpful in nature which makes the acaedemics easy
