My major was science and I was determined to do btwch. The curriculum prepares us for the real world by taking various laboratories such as network lab, machine kab and many more in electrical department.

For internship we have a subject called mini project / internship where we can explore different ideas for projects or can go for internship at various companies. Thdc, bell, dam sites and many more companies are available for us.

The annual cultural fest is GOONJ and the technical fest is SPANDAN which are both very great. After COVID it was difficult to get that level of great goonj but having it in our college was the best. GOONJ take place generally in even semester and SPANDAN in odd semester. The library has variety of books related to our course. It also offers various magazines and newspapers. Also we get e library feature of utue. The facility in our classrooms is also great. The presence of smart board help in understanding real time studies. The annual sport fest is JOSH which is also held with great enthusiasm. It has many events including various sports. We have many clubs for students to evaluate to their best.

The hostel facilities are average. The mess is clean and mfppd quality is average but offers varities of meals. Once you have registration for college on the official website of GBPIET you can submit the fee of hostel and mess along with college fee. The availability of pg in the college area are very less. There is a rare chances of pg here..

I applied for pantnagar University but due to my percentile in jee mains I was not able to get that. My second choice was gbpec and I happily choose this. To take admission in my college first you have to clear jee mains then apply counselling of utue. Then you have to visit for the confirmation of your seat in the college

Some faculties are friendly and approachable. They try to focus on each and every student. They know the best way of teaching and some teachers just try to complete their lecture classes and lab technicians are great having immense knowledge about their subjects
