Course Curriculum Overview
Engineering is an in demand course and that's why I choose it . It's pretty good but there are some improvement which are required to make this course future proof . The syllabus is pretty much same as it was 20 years earlier.
Placement Experience
The college offers placement as some pretty good companies come for placements but the no. of students selected are quite limited. The highest offer for session 2023 was 12 lpa . And there were many more students who got placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fees for 1st year students is around 38000 and 37000 for other year students. There is some relief for tfw and Kashmir migrants. All the kind of charges are included in it . The tution fees is nearly same for all categories. Our college also offers scholarship programmes for tfw and other category students.
Campus Life
The best thing about our college is its Location . The college offers both tech fest and annual cultural fest called goonj . There are ground facilities for outdoor sports and badminton courts . There are indoor courts too.
Hostel Facilities
The facilities provided by the hostels in the room are a cot , chair , table , almirah . The mess food is quite average and the menu can be customised accordingly. The registration process for hostels happen at the same time as course admission. The average hostel and message fees are 19000 as 16000 is for mess and 3000 for room
Admission
I applied for DU hansraj college for bsc cs but failed to get admission due to less grades in cuet. The admission process is based on jee mains scores . The better your rank the better branch you can opt in this college
Faculty
The faculty is quite good. They are highly educated and experienced. Their relationship with students is also quite good . There are 2 class tests and an end semester examination in each semester. The end semester are quite hard in comparison of class tests.
