Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is well versed and to the point. It is designed as per the Uttarakhand Technical University rules and is well designed. Exams are held every month i.e. sessionaly and one end semester exam that is in the end,
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees that I paid was around Rs. 50000 including the first and second semester. The tuition fees per year was 32000 and the hostel fees was around 18000. The students who are EWS could avail scholarship in the tuition fees. Students who are in SC/ST category can avail scholarship that neglects all tuition fees given they maintain a good CGPA throughout their course.
Campus Life
The campus life is great. Talking about fests, there are a lot of small fests and large scale fests that come and go between the hectic curriculum. The annual fest GOONJ is held along with the Sporting Fest JOSH. The singing competetions, poetry and art competetions along with dance competetions are very common. There are many clubs like ABHICYAKTI(Social), BAND, SPORTS CLUB, COIDNG CLUB and so on which intake students based on their interests
Admission
This college offered me the education I am getting at an affordable fees. I would be present in great environment with like minded people and I knew someone who had pursued his education from here and is doing well. The Admission can be taken place by UTU counselling after the JEE Mains exam and then you get the seat according to the cut-offs.
Faculty
The faculty memebers are well qualified and have great experience in their respective subjects. Some of them have completed their education from IITs and teach in a greatly interactive manner. That said, many of them are least bothered by what you do in the class given you are performing well. They help you whenever you ask for doubts and other thngs.There are two sessional tests of 15 marks each and one end semester exam of 100 marks. other than that there is lab which contains 50 marks.
