- The facilities of washrooms in every floor and facilities of anti ragging and lifts in buildings.
- Hod of our 1st year is very helpful and respect every student needs and feelings
- Canteen is also good in college. There are projectors in every class which makes it easy to grab topics
Dislikes
- prices of food in canteen is not affordable for a middle class student everyday
- Some teachers are very kind and helpful but most of the teachers are very rude and force students to do whatever they want
- The amount of assignment given by teachers
Course Curriculum Overview
I choosed this course because i liked coding and computer from my childhood. The engineering studies allow you to see the world in a different way and the scope of getting a good carrer in this field is high only if you work hard or it will destroy your career... The only improvement in this course is to provide more practicals things so that students are able to understand quickly.. Exams happens 3 times in a semester and difficulty level is moderate to high
Internships Opportunities
The companies that come here for internships are amazon, tcs, hcl etc. roles are decided by the companies that come in the campus. The projects given are the projects that are going on in the comoany itself so that students can learn
Placement Experience
The placement in my college is average. Companies like google amazon tcs adobe recruits here in campus. 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. The highest package offered was 84 lakhs by amazon.. I don't know about the percentage of students getting placed. My plans is to get a good job under a big company so that i can learn very much from seniors
Fees and Financial Aid
In the first year i have paid more than 2 lakh.... the admission fees is 50000 per student and the tution fees for 1st year is around 1,30000 and the remaining fees comes under labs, bus and other facilities. They also charge rs11400 for dresses... My batchmates got low percentage in 12th so they have to pay total of more than 250000 in first year... Talking of scholarship so i didn't get any excluding the 5% off on total fees for army family.
Campus Life
The campus life is interesting. One of the best events that take place in dehradun is from our college which is gra fest which take place in month of may.. Books are available at wide range. Classrooms are provided with projectors to help students for better learnings. The extracurricular activities are provided to every student. There are may clubs in college to enhance student skills in day to day life
Admission
i choosed this college as i got good reviews about this college in my hometown.. The admission process is about 1 to 1.30 hour. They ask you for your 10th and 12th marksheet . The eligibility of admission is 60% marks in 12th
Faculty
Some of the teachers are nice and kind with students but some think that students are beneath their shoe. The ratio of student to faculty is 65:1..I liked Mr. Deepak rana our cs teacher and Class cordinator.. I didn't like Arun rathod because he have arrogant. The exams are divided into 3 parts... Internal,mid semester and semester exams.. The exams levels are moderate. The course curriculum is relevant.
