All teachers help students in there studies.

Dislikes

Furniture and well maintained in college
College has permanent campus but because of its location there always landslide during rain , so we always stays at temporary campus.
College has many sports equipments but they were only used during programs.

Course Curriculum Overview

Cource itself has no problem but I have problem with course curriculum why do we have to study chemistry and physics when we are doing computer science engineering , this thing has to change for advancement of course

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 102000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For the first year the fee is 1lakh 2 thousand which will be paid in 2 semesters 1st semester 54 thousand 50 rupees and 2nd semester 45thousand 8 hundred 50 rupees and 3 thousand rupees for seet locking in college then after 2nd year the fee is 92900 with 48050 and 45850 for both 3rd and 4th semester for 3r and 4th semester 95400 and 93400 respectively.there was scholarship for General (EWS) , OBC ,ST and SC named NSP .anyone can apply for this scholarship, I don't know how much money does nsp give as financial aid but last year it gave 20000 rupees to all.

Campus Life

Campus is good and classes has monitors in working condition and college has no club . Extracurricular activities held only when there was any guest otherwise we don't even has a sports period.books are available in library.

Admission

I don't applied for other colleges. As for why I chose this college is because this is close to my house . The admission experience was good . And there is no need for jee to apply in this college any one can apply

Faculty

Faculties are good and well qualified and they have teaching experience of many years . They are very dependable and always helps students in there definitely. But despite being that marking system was very bad , copies were send to main university Uttarakhand Technical University for checking and there marking are very poor , they even cut the answer which was correct, I don't know why .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

aspects of curricullum that influenced my desicion to take admission: technical based courses are available. a well defined infrastructure. seperate buildings to involve in different regions of technology. available technical courses with updated and advanced syllabus with great faculty and seminars of different active clubs like google and microoft club. Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

The admission is through the jee mains exam. The eligibility for the course is you have to be completed your intermediate with maths group and give the jee mains exam. Application form is filled in the jee mains councelling ?2000 is your councelling fee in 2020. The cutoff is varies according to the number of students attempt jee main exam. Overall college is good for study in every college you will see pros and cons.

Eligibility for a btech course is a person should get a minimum of 75 per cent with science stream (physic, chemistry, maths).
