Pillai college is a lot to experience

I don't know about negative remarks cause I have never experienced or seen it but I can say a lot about the positive remarks or things about the college. Has cherished a lot of lives by giving them n number of opportunities.

Entrance Exam, Merit List

Compared to other courses I taught BScIT and BScCS are better then engineering or any other courses cause instead of investing a total of 1 lakh per year approx which means 4 lakhs for 4 years and then we get a placement of almost 15-30k which is good but we get the same salary package and companies in BScIT field. So it's good to opt for BScIT rather than engineering

Yes, it provides internships. But it is not like the college placements which are held by and in the college. Sometimes it is like college placements but most of the work is online ie we get the messages and description that XYZ company is providing internships and we should submit a cv and then they may call us for the walkin interview.

The main reason I took admission in these college is because of the placement facility. Pillai college in the Navi Mumbai provides n number of companies and opportunities. The minimum package starts with 1.8 lakh per annum and the highest package till now which I have heard is 9 lakhs per annum Which is a great thing for freshers.

Pillai college is more recognized for two things which are education and events. Let's talk about events, Pillai college is famous for its events. Every time in festival comes it is celebrated with events with enthusiasm. Not only students but teachers also take part in it. The two best events in one year are Bitfest and then the largest event Alegria(festival of joy) in which famous celebrities and talents are invited.

The fee structure is also most common to other colleges. Like I am studying BScIT so the fees are 29000 per year which is the same in other colleges with somewhat different and students are also provided with scholarships due to which students with sc, st, OBC caste can claim their admission in fewer fees paid.

Yes, our college provides scholarships to the students.students can just fill a form for scholarship and can get some amount of money back as scholarship. Many of my friends got the scholarships In the form of cash back after paying the whole one year fees.

Pillai college also provides facilities for extra Curricular activities. Pillai college has more than 5 big labs which consist of more than 100 computers for students for their practical knowledge. Not only labs but also has a ground and other courts for various sports.

One of the biggest colleges of Navi Mumbai. It has the best infrastructure and facilities. It is provided with a canteen which is named an epic cafe which provides lunch breakfast and dinner for hostel students and also sometimes other students. It has a gymkhana for students to get fit without any extra charges to be paid. It is provided with almost 3 libraries out of which one is available for all which is the main library and other for places which means engineering students.

Yes, Pillai college also always invites various alumni and senior students for project work or Placement work or any other cases. The senior students are very Helpful according to me cause I have experienced it.one of the seniors of 2018 passed out helped me in my project work which made my work very easy.

The exam structure is similar to other colleges. In one year total 2 unit test/Insem and 2 semesters are conducted for BscIT and the question papers are provided by Mumbai University and paper checking is done in college itself so the checking is not too strict nor too lenient which is a good thing and before the exam starts students are provided with important questions by teachers which help students in various ways.

Overall it is Necessary to give entrance exams and get our name in the merit list. I gave the entrance exams which are CET and JEE through which we get admission for engineering but I did not get my name in Pillai college so I took admission in BScIT where only maths subject marks are the criteria. There are three lists I got my name in the 3rd list which is the last list.

The faculty of my college is the best. It provides the overall best experience for both students and teachers. Students get total support for studies and extracurricular activities. Teachers not only in college but also help through Whatsapp or calls which is the best thing.
