- Too much crowd as there are too many courses offered in college
- Holidays are very much limited and once sem is over you have to compulsory do some courses
- The poor management of college during big events
Course Curriculum Overview
The practical sessions are the sessions where i feel I really learn something other than just looking at books and board. Every subject gives a CA2 project which we are supposed to submit till the given date. Those projects which we do are very informative We learn how these services are used in real-world.
Fees and Financial Aid
The first year fees for the bsc computer is around 44,000 including exam fees and other fees like gymkhana, labs, library etc. The second year fees is 47,430. The college increased their fees by approximately 2000 which is fair comparing to other colleges.
Campus Life
The most awaites event of the college is Alegria. It is Navi Mumbai's biggest college fest which happens in the mid feb. The preparations for this huge fest starts 6 months prior. You get to learn and enjoy alot if you get selected in any committee if Alegria. Other than alegria there are many more fests like yaariyaan, rose day etc which happens very often in college. There is a huge significance of sports in college. Proper facilities are provided for almost every sport in the college.
Admission
When I visited the college for the first time it looked so alive with many things happening at the same time, The events, the sports, the seminars. This was one thing I liked about this college. There focus was every where not just study based syllabus. One can grow, discover and nurture their passion here. I didn't saw that in other collleges which I visited. The admission process is offline, you have to fill the college form and wait for merit list and if you have your name in it you can start with the admission process .
Faculty
Most of the college faculty is good, they are very much understanding and try not to be rude or be hard on students. But some of them are very rude. One day i was just 5 minutes late for ds lecture due to trains running late and ma'am didn't allowed in the class, she didn't even took my file for checking. There are two semester taken in one year, one around oct and one in feb and those who have kt in exams they are given 3 chances to clear that.
