Course Curriculum Overview
The first and second sem will be super short of only like 2-3 months but the professors help a lot with providing practice questions for the main sem exam also for CA3 they provide all the suggestions which makes it easy.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides intership in the 3rd year with little to no stipend . I'm on second year so I don't have much knowledge about the projects but one thing I can confirm is they do provide internships
Placement Experience
The highest package is 10LPA while average is around 4LPA .Some of The companies that visit us are cognizant,Infosys, Microsoft,etc.our college starts preparing us for placement from 3rd year.and 90% of the students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fee structure is ?1.1 lakh which is around ?55k per sem and the whole course fee is ?5.9 lakh which includes admission fee of ?90k .The course fees was previously around 4lakh but it increased to 6lakh in 2023.The faculty is good,all professors well qualified and friendly specially the CSE faculty (I'm a CSE student)the campus is also fairly big.The college is super strict with attendance and overall everything.Companies like cognizant,Infosys, Microsoft,etc visit us every year for placement and the average placement is ?5 lakh per annum with highest being ?10lakh.You can also opt for Swami Vivekananda scholarship which the eligibility criteria is 60% marks in 12th standard.The scholarship provides ?60k per year for 4 years of the duration of the course
Campus Life
The only drawback of this college is there are no clubs for creativity or representating any talents but there are few clubs such as IEEE which is all study related not it terms of creativity or showcasing talent.But in sports all sorts of tournament for circket, football,table tennis, badminton,etc is held every year.Tech fests also happens
Admission
Admission is through WBJEE and JEE only .give the exam ,get a rank then get.admission through counseling.i got my name in CSE in the 3rd with a rank of 21k(approx).CSE is the most preferred course by all students
Faculty
Faculty is good specially the CSE faculty,Super friendly and approachable but the ECE and EE faculty are kinda khadoos but yea I don't belong there so no problem for me except few subjects girls to boys ratio is 1:3.
