Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum in NIT AGARTALA is well designed by our faculty members and often revised on the basis of students review. This curriculum prepares us for the real world applications . There are many practical labs in each Engineering branch which taught us very much .
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies like ONGC, L&T, TUDA, ABCI, TATA elexi and Many other companies provide internship to our college students. In this internship er learned very important practical application which are mentioned in our books. These are very important for college placement. I completed my project in Transportation Engineering. The project objective was to measure the undulating and unevenness of pavement through which can predict that the road need maintenance or not.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester the students are eligible for campus placement. There are many companies like L&T, ABCI infra,BPCl, EIL, O9 solution, Deloitte, ITC Infotech, Amazon,Phone pay, KEC international, And many other multinational compands visit every year for recruitment in NIT AGARTALA. Highest package approximately 50 lakhs per annum and average package 8-9 lakhs per annum. I Placed in ABCI INFRA after my degree
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid yearly 9000-10000 rupees as course fee because my family yearly income less then 1 lakh. If yearly family income is more than 1 lakh then tha course fee will be 29000 - 60000 per semester means 6 month. I was selected for ishan uday schoolarship which is for only North Eastern students. The amount of this scholarship is 78000 per year.
Campus Life
There are 2 types of festival in our college, technical and cultural. Technical festival named Aayam and cultural festival named Moksha. Technical festival held in September and cultural festival held in November. There is a large collection of books in our college library. I don't need to buy any book from the market our college library provides us all books and after course completion the take this books from us and give these to next batch. There is a large sports complex in our college and all sports facilities are available three like cricket, hockey, football, badminton, long tennis , Table tennis etc
Admission
I applied in MBB college, RTC and and NIT AGARTALA. Actually I wanted to become an engineer so I choose NIT AGARTALA. I did not get any rejection from any college. A student who want to study in NIT he or she must clear the JEE mains exam and after then he or she will be eligible for study in NIT. And He must have 75 percent marks in class 12. The admission Process is very simple in NIT.
Faculty
The faculties of our college are very helpful. The are very friendly to us. There are sufficient facilities in every branch.There are 1 mid term and 1 end term for every semester. The exam level is moderate.
