- No proper facility for students to sit in the meanwhile time when they have break for lunch
- Changing uniform which make difficult for students to be economically sustainable throughout the 4 years of their degree

Course Curriculum Overview
Btech is course for real life problem solving(in first we learn basics of some branches that are available in btech which widens our way of thinking and allows us to build interest in various fields) The exams are bit too early than other colleges but also keeping in mind if you study properly you would not feel the need for extra time I think the practical labs can be a bit more interesting then they usually are because they are the only ones which pulls students full attention
Internships Opportunities
Big tech companies like google microsoft comes to GEHU every year and they offers from small roles to big roles as per their needs. Their are research and project based internships like in google they offers roles for sales ,finance, marketing ,frontend and backend devloping and many more As i'm a fresher so i dont know what particular projects they work on but they offer good amount of stipend Any intern can recover the money which they invetd in college in four years judt throughout their internship stipend
Placement Experience
As i'm a fresher i just know that at the end of third year we will be starting to apply for companies that will come oncampus Companies like google ,microsoft, ashok leyland, HDFC bank, Samsung and many more big tech. Companies. The average package is 2 lakhs per anum and highest package was 88 lakhs per anun which in last 2 to 3 years. I also plan to apply for big techs like google and microsoft for which i will hard and also work on my soft skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
Its around 3lakhs in first year without hostel. My hostel friends are saying that they have to give a extra of rupees 1lakh 35thousand but the college have provided them with blankets,proper rooms,secure campus of hostel,but the food is not that good. I think it will decrease in the upcoming years.
Campus Life
Fresher events are held at the starting of colleges in the months of sep to oct. Although there are many events that held in meanwhile time throught out the year. The most recent fest was himparvh in which folk songs ,dance, linguistic performances and enhanching the culture of uttrakhand was the key. Before that a fest was there for the students in ehich they can show cas their talent. Many companies showed up at the event like valorent (pubg), apache racing, etc. The range of books in library is very wide but you cant just go and pick anyone of it (you have to sign some forms first). Sports is not that much celebrated in this college but their are proper grounds for playing football vollyball tennis badminton but students cant participate for any district or state tournaments from the college. The clubs are handed to the senior students they have to run the clubs many clubs like swaragini, obscura, learn form geeta and many more are led by the seniors
Admission
I just applied for iit dehli but i was not able to crack the exam but although i'm happy in GEHU because in dehradun other colleges are not as much good as compared to graphic Its placement rate is high for good scorers .anyone who is a good schoaler do not need to search for job oppurtunity because that is the work of university to find best jobs options for the students. Admission process was simple.It was just a one day process for admission i had to go to the main office of GEHU and fill all the forms that were needed like my personal details my email address my score in 10th and 12th standard on this basis i got an scholarship also for having 75% marks in pcm in 12th standard.Apart from that i also got an scholarship for being from uttrakhand region but it is just for the GEHU students not for GEU. Although my experience was good and had a great welcome to this college
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is quitely perfect there are extra faculty members also which any student can consult while they have doubts The best faculty is Prof. Dr. Kamal Ghanshala ji. He is the president of GEHU. Whenever he gets time he comes to teach us in person Every faculty is good in this university as i'm a fresher so i either dont know who is bad but till now everyone feels right Their are two exams per semester and also two practical exams per semester we have a total of 8 semesters as a btech student
