Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is well structured as per the student's need and is properly designed.Class tests and quiz are conducted at an interval of time for testing the students understanding of the concepts and also assignments are given to the students.
Internships Opportunities
There are many internship opportunities that one get in this college.So, students must focus on acquiring some good skills and do some good internship in the summer and winter vacations.It helps to gain experience and skills.
Placement Experience
The placements in NIT Agartala are very good.Many popular companies visit the college.Students are placed based on their skills they acquired in their 4 years.Students are placed at a very good package some of them even crossing 30 lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fees for SC around 15K and there are many scholarship opportunities .There are many state level schemes and central level schemes also which pays good enough.There are also many merit based schemes and private schemes in which we have to appear for scholarship test also.
Campus Life
Their are different clubs in the college including both the technical and non technical clubs.Technical clubs include DCC,M-Baja,E-Baja etc and non technical clubs like NLC,Aaveg etc.Students can join the clubs based on their interest and after the proper recruitment process they are selected for the club.
Hostel Facilities
There are two hostels in NIT Agartala.One is the RNT hostel(it's a new hostel) for the B.Tech 1st year and 4th year along with other senior students like the Phds.The other one is the Aryabhatta Hostel which is for the B.Tech 2nd year and 3rd year students.
Admission
National Institute of Technology Agartala (NITA) offers admission at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. JEE Main scores are accepted for NIT Agartala admission to B.Tech, B.Tech+M.Tech, and BS+MS courses. National Institute of Technology Agartala admission to M.Tech programmes is based on candidates' GATE scores. JAM and NIMCET scores are taken into account by the NIT Agartala admission to M.Sc and M.C.A programmes, respectively. As per the NIT AGralata MBA selection process, valid scores in CAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT are required. Candidates seeking admission to PhD programmes at the National Institute of Technology Agartala must take a written exam and a personal interview.

The faculties are highly experienced and have a deep knowledge about the subjects.They follow a proper lesson plan and complete the syllabus in a systematic way with class tests and quiz.In the 1st year,the subjects are common irrespective of the branches.
